In Lagos, the property sector is a major area where the government generates revenue. In the last few years, that sector has suffered losses as a result of the economic challenges but the sector was able to thrive in spite of all these, especially in Lagos.
In the last few years, a lot of property players have been investing massively in the sector. Some of the projects many of them are investing in are the construction of highrises around the Lagos highbrow. Presently, there are about 5 notable projects in Lagos people are talking about because of the prime locations and high value the projects have brought to those areas. Below are landmark projects that we can, but talk about them.
(1) KINGS TOWER
This is another big project, an highrise on Kingsway, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Alaro City is authorised by both the Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority, and the Lagos State Government as an entity to develop, operate, administer and manage Alaro City. As such, Alaro City and its occupants receive all Free Zone benefits in line with the laws of Nigeria.
(4) MIKE ADENUGA CENTRE
Another notable project is the newly completed edifice of Alliance Franchaise De Lagos, by Otunba Mike Adenuga. The name of the building is Mike Adenuga Centre. It’s a massive project, situated on Osborne Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
The Alliance Francaise de Lagos is a Nigerian non-profit institution in Lagos whose statutes have been approved by the Alliance Franchaise of Paris.
The insitution is involved with the training and education of Nigerians, most especially Lagosians in the French Language and Culture.
(5) HERITAGE PLACE
Another housing project is a remarkable 21st Century Office, Complex called Heritage Place on Kingsway road, Ikoyi, Lagos. Heritage Place is a world-class development situated in Lagos commercial and retail area, and just a few minutes walk from the most important venues in the city.
