Saturday 15th December, 2018 was a remarkable day in Ajah, as top real estate company, EUC Group held its first ever annual end of the year party tagged “Convention/Christmas and Awards Party”. The classy event was held at the prestigious Mercy Hall, Orchid Hotel, Lekki, Lagos.
It was also the day EUC Homes Limited officially presented her ambassador, Ms. Juliet Ibrahim to its esteem Subscribers/Realtors. The beautiful actress was signed few days before the event.
EUC Homes Limited, an indigenous real estate development, investment and management company with global focus on delivering competitive real estate solutions to her customers, has within three years in the real estate industry grown to become not only the largest land owner in Ibeju Lekki area but has also metamorphosed into EUC Group; with four subsidiaries namely:- EUC Homes Limited, Coveland Limited, Realtor Monster, and Riteland Limited.
At exactly 2pm, the group’s joint ceremony kicked off with the opening prayer given by Ms. Tolulope Ige – MD of Coveland Limited. Popular comedian, KC Brown and the newly signed ambassador, Ms. Juliet Ibrahim were the hosts. And they complemented each other perfectly on stage. The introduction of guests and dignitaries was also done by KC Brown, while Ms.Juliet Ibrahim dazzled guests with her beauty.
Some of the dignitaries present at the occasion were: Super Eagles striker – Odion Ighalo, Chief Odunzeh (Chairman ‘s father), Hon Udochukwu Ogbuokiri, Hon. Kayode Akiolu, performing Consultants and many others. Shortly after the brief introductions, the Managing Director of Coveland Limited, Ms. Tolulope Ige was called on stage to deliver the welcome address.
Ms. Ige started her remarks with appreciation, especially to Super Eagles striker – Odion Ighalo, Chief A.N Odunzeh – Chairman ‘s father, Mr. Ben Odunzeh – Chairman EUC Group, all guests and also all existing and new Consultants on the group’s stable for particularly honouring the invitation to attend the first ever joint Convention / Christmas and Awards Party of the group
She gave a brief account of how the journey started. According to her ” The vision of EUC Homes Limited was conceived and birthed precisely on September 7th, 2015 by a young visionary gentleman – Mr. Uchenna Ben Odunzeh, with wealth of experience in the study and practice of Economics, Finance and Business Management. Mr. Ben Odunzeh heeded his mother’s advice by investing in real estate as far back as 1997/1998 while away in the United States in pursuit of more academic advancement. A plot of land he acquired for eight hundred thousand naira – N800,000 then at Agungi a popular area in the Lekki metropolis in Lagos appreciated to thirty million naira – N30m as at 2013 when he decided to sell the property upon his return back to Nigeria.
This amazing return on investment spurred him to focus on deploying his expertise to the real estate industry in Nigeria haven tested his hands on other businesses such as Poultry farming, Coupons and also the Stocks market without much success.
Today, his brain child EUC Homes Limited remains the largest land owner in the Ibeju Lekki LGA. The organisation also boasts of an admirable project in the heart of Lagos at Oworonshoki – The Third Mainland Court. In light of this success story, there arose a thirst in this astute businessman to further spread his tentacles in the real estate industry. Hence, the metamorphosis of other subsidiaries namely:-
Coveland Limited, Realtor Monster, Riteland Limited and EUC Group.
She further introduced the subsidiaries and their areas of specialty. In her words, “Coveland Limited was launched into the market on the 1st of August 2018 as a real estate marketing and developing firm. Her corporate office is situated at 18, Carter Street, Herbert Macaulay Way Ebute-Metta, Lagos. Since her venture into the real estate industry, the organization has deployed efforts in training Consultants on her platform in-depth knowledge of real estate, sales and networking.To her, it’s not just about selling real estate product but about “selling it right”.
Coveland’s mission is to lay the foundation of home ownership and also to support governmental plan in reducing housing deficits in the country she thrives. Ms. Tolulope Ige, Managing Director of this organisation oorganisation also reached out to Consultants to support and work together with her to succeed on this mission.
