In 2019 alone, he has won three awards while in 2020, he also won three awards including the prestigious “Iconic Leader Creating a Better World for All” from Bangolore, India based Women Economic Forum.
In 2021, he was honoured with the Appreciation Award at Career 3.0 in Lagos, Nigeria where he delivered the keynote address on “Career Crystallising: Upskilling and Reskilling for the Future”
He holds an honours degree in Business Information Systems, MSc in Human Resources, and an honorary doctorate. He has a Diploma in Coaching, an Advanced Certificate in Public Relations and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Further Education. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, a Fellow of the Institute of Information Management Africa and a member of the International Leadership Association.
In the past, he has volunteered as a career development coach with Shaw Trust where he provided coaching on interview skills, goal setting, self-development, confidence, and motivation building to those seeking employment. He was also Business Mentor with Start-up Loan, where he mentored those who are starting out in business.
