On Saturday 20th May 2017. Lagos Big Boy, Ifeanyi Okonkwo, the son of Christian and Chinwe Okonkwo, “the CEO of Chris Dues Aluminium Ltd” got married to his Canadian girlfriend, Chelsea Anne Lusted. The event took place at Village Arena Island Heights Hotels in Victoria Island, Lagos. Ifeanyi is the son of Mr. Christian Okonkwo the MD of Chrisdues Aluminium Product, Nigeria Ltd, a subsidiary of Centre Point Global Aluminium Product and his pretty wife Chinwendu who also celebrated her 45th birthday at the same venue. She sent out her IV to friends and well wishers to come and celebrate with blessed Nwendu @ 45.
How Chinwendu Okonkwo planned it was, the wedding will close at 6pm and her birthday will continue afterwards from 7pm. That was what happened. Both Christian and Chinwendu have 6 kids-4 girls and 2 boys. The grooms sister got married 5 years ago. The bride is Chelsea Anne Lusted, daughter of Mr. George and Mrs. Laurie Lusted from Cobourg, Ontario, Canada. Friends, families and well wishers were in attendance. NNODU AGU (BAM) ANCHORED THE EVENT
Nnodu Agu (BAM) anchored the event. The event started at 3:00pm and the opening prayers was led by him. He coordinated it well and made sure the event was hitch free from the beginning till the end.
ABOUT THE GROOM AND BRIDE’S PARENT
The grooms parent Christian Okonkwo also known as Potoki and his charming wife, Chinwe Okonkwo wore a beautiful smile all through the event as their son got married.
Christian Okonkwo who is from Amichi in Anambra, Nnewi South is the Managing Director of Chris Dues Aluminium Ltd. They were looking so young and full of life as the grooms mother, Chinwe a successful business woman wore an expensive “Iro and Buba” yellow lace outfit looking so radiant on her expensive man hair with her make-up on point. She was up and doing at the event, making sure it was hitch free from the beginning till the end of the event.
The brides parents could not make it to Nigeria but they were on SKYPE.
BRIDE’S FRIENDS WERE ALSO PRESENT
Few of the brides friends were present at the event. They all came out in their uniformed gold dress and they all reflected it on their make-up looking so sweet and gorgeous on them. Those present are Prince Merije, Ella Adebayo, Maria Bassey, Azodoh Chiamaka, Sofia amongst others.
AND THE GROOMS FRIENDS TOO
Many of the grooms friends were at the event. They were all looking so cute and handsome and iniformed in their black suit and tee colour tie. Those present are Sir Jeff, Chinedu Abasili (Eze Ugonna), Chibuzo Okoli, George Ikemefuna, Kene Chukwu Okpala, Chidi Uzoma, Don Baba E amongst others.
MEET THE COUPLE
The couple looked so lovely and cute on their different choice of outfit for the day. The groom Ifeanyi Okonkwo is a graduate of Redeemers University and studied Statistics. He then went to Canada Ontario where he had his post graduate in International Business Management before he met his lovely wife Lusted Chelsea, a year ago through her friend Kylie where both working at Peterborough Ontario in Canada after his post graduate programme. He is one of the directors at Chrisdues Aluminium company. The bride is from Canada. They met in school.
TEAL AND GOLD WAS WEDDING COLOUR
The colours of the day were Teal and Gold both for the bride and groom and for the general colour of the “aso-ebi” of the guests. This 2 colours did justice to the guests outfit which came out nice on everyone.
GROOMS MOTHER’S FRIENDS HONOURED HER
Many of the grooms mother’s friend trooped out to honour their friend at her son’s wedding. They graced the event on their teal and gold aso-ebi looking so uniformed and nice on them. Some of her friends present at the event are Ify Eshi, Ogo Austin, Uche Emba, Chinwe Adinde, Nnenne Okueuduguo, Ify Anokuluru (Aka Cynto Waters), Pharm Nekky Ene, Flozy Udeogu, Ngobi Okonkwo, Chikodili Ndulue, Mrs. Comfort Adeyemo, Ebele Okigbo, Ogoo Igbokwe, Stella Ofongoro, Mercy Ikechukwu, Loloo Goodness Onwuamaete, Chiyere Brown amongst others.
OVER 10 FOOD VENDORS WERE THERE
The party had over 10 food vendors handsomely paid to handle one thing or the other. They include Bejoy J, Motadellaz Kitchen Menu, BK, Barbique, Good Food Grills and Cocktails, Paloma Cake World for Cake baking and decoration amongst other.
ROLL CALL
CEO of Slot System Limited, Nnamdi Ezeigbo and his pretty wife, Nkechi stepped out to grace the event. He was looking so cute and fresh onhis white outfit and his wife slaying it on her tee and gold aso-ebi.
Igbo billionaire and the CEO of Chisco Group, Chief Dr. Chidi Anyaegbu nationwide was at the event also. He came in with his lovely wife at the middle of the event. He took lovely photographs with the couple and the grooms parent.
The Managing Director of Dream School International, Ndubusi Ezefuna and his adorable wife was present. They were among the earlier callers and also spent many hours to show their love and support to the groom’s family.

Elder & Elder Mrs. Elaye Otrofanowei, the Chairman Swift Rental Cars Limited came. He was the Chairman of the wedding. Father of the day was Dr. Sir Jeff Okeke. Also, Chief Mrs. Emmanuel Umeofia (Aguemba) and Chief Tochukwu dim (Tobest) came. Auskin Royal Furniture Boss came with his wife, Chief Mrs. Augustine Okoli, Chief Mike Umeozodinobi, former NFA Chairman was there. Anyi Million also came. The Roll call of guests include Chidi Ogwumike (aka Chidome), Timothy Ohazulike (aka Team), Onuekuwsi Gabriel (aka Akuigbo).
