An Abuja Federal High Court in Maitama has ordered that the immediate-past Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir Lawal be remanded in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) till Wednesday.
The former SGF and five others charged along with him, pleaded not guilty to the 10-count charge bothering on conspiracy and fraud levelled against him.
