TV Star Mosunmola Abudu, usually known as Mo Abudu, is an internationally acclaimed Nigerian talk show host, TV producer, media personality, human resources management consultant, entrepreneur and a philanthropist. She has been described by Forbes as “Africa’s Most Successful Woman”. Mo Abudu is an enigma in the broadcast sector who has made a great impact with her lifestyle TV, Ebony life TV Africa’s first Global Black Entertainment and Lifestyle network .She has a very intelligent daughter Temidayo Abudu who shares a striking resemblance with her.
Temi is a producer with Ebony Life TV whose latest work, a TV reality show entitled: On The Real, is currently making waves. The London graduate of Management and Marketing always had a passion for TV right from her university days and finally settled as a producer. She is also an advocate of Healthy living, weight loss and recently launched a healthy lifestyle company called Healthy Options by Ted, an initiative that was inspired by her weight loss journey. She revealed through her first newsletter to prospective clients that she was overweight and at one point, scaled at 98kg.
After trying a plethora of diets, she made a lifestyle change! She started eating healthy, exercising and enrolled in a residential boot camp. She finally lost over 20kg.Her healthy lifestyle company offers various products and services including a stay over boot camp, granola bars, smoothies, sandwiches and more. She recently joined the Ebonylife TV team where she works as a producer .
