The entire members of the Board of Trustees of the Abisogun Ruling House of the Oniru Royal Family by this Public Notice wholly congratulate His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdul Wasiu Omogbolahan Lawal (Abisogun II) on his Selection, Installation and Ascension to the throne of our forefathers as the 15th Oniru of Iru Land.
The Statement reads:
Kabiyesi; there is no doubt that your choice and selection as the Traditional Ruler of our Kingdom is well deserved and appreciated, especially at a time like this when Lagos has attained the Status of a MEGA-CITY.
We are confident that the experience you have garnered from the Public Sector coupled with your educational qualifications and technical expertise and know-how will impact positively on our great Kingdom.
Your Majesty, it is our prayer that the Almighty ALLAH who has chosen you at this time will give you appropriate Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding that is required to rule our Kingdom and your reign will be peaceful and glorious to the families, Residents and all Investors in Iru-Land.
Your Majesty, we pledge our unalloyed and unflinching support to you as you pilot the affairs of the Kingdom.
While we understand that Iru Land and indeed the Abisogun Ruling House is blessed with many Princes who also made a stake for the coveted throne of Oniru, we are glad that all Sons and Daughters of Iru Land have joined hands and shown support for His Royal Majesty, The Oniru of Iru Land Oba Abdul Wasiu Omogbolahan Lawal (Abisogun II) for the further development of Iru Land and the sustainance of peace in Iru Land.
