Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo, survived a freak accident, that left her in bandages, some months ago.
She revealed this during the press conference of the unveiling for the trailer,for the upcoming movie ‘Lara And The Beat’
“The doctors said that I could have died. There were bandages and blood clots everywhere”
Uche jumbo who plays a villain, Fadekemi West on ‘Lara And The Beat’ said
” One of the reasons I enjoyed working on this movie, is the days of my shoot were spaced out. I remember I was practically lifted out of the hospital to the film set, for my part in the movie.
I had an accident while on the set of my own film. Lights fell on me, and I was rushed to the hospital, the doctor said I could have died. I thank God that I am still alive” she said.
Her close friend and fellow actress, Chioma Akpotha, who is also in the film corroborated her story.
” It did not happen on the set of ‘Lara and the beat’ oh! it happened on your own production” Chioma jokingly chimed.
