•As Family Roll Out Burial Arrangements
The body of late Primate Omolaja Olorunwo is set for burial as his family has finally announced the date the highly revered man of God would be buried. His Eminence, Late Archbishop Olorunwo was the Primate and Founder of Olorunwo Cathedral Church of Cherubim and Seraphim (INC). The highly spirited Primate Olorunwo died on 2nd September, 2021 at the ripe age of 85.
The board of trustees, the entire members of Olorunwo Cathedral Church, and the family of the man of God announced his burial arrangement at a press conference which held on Tuesday, September 7, at the church located at 11, Bakare Dawudu Street, Ifako, Gbagada, Lagos State. This is in a bid to invite members of the public to join them in celebrating the glorious exit of the iconic man of God who is also a man of the people, for living an impactful life.
According to the burial arrangement released by the children of the late clergy, the entire programme would span between Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 September, 2021. Below are the programme scheduled for the in honour of the late Ba’dura of Egba land holding at his church located at number 11, Bakare Dawodu Street in Ifako, Gbagada, Lagos.:
Service of Songs would be help in honoured the cleric on Wednesday 15th September, at 4 pm and later in the day, Candle Night Procession would hold by 6.30 pm. Lying-in-State holds on Thursday 16th September between 12 noon and 3 pm while Christian Wake-keep holds at 4 pm. Final Burial termed “Exit to Glory” would hold on Friday 17th September 2021 at 10 am. Meanwhile, guests are hereby urged to dress in compliance with the “White on White” dress code and keep to the COVID-19 protocols as only those with their face mask properly worn would be allowed into the premises to partake in the aforementioned programmes.
