Friday 10, November 2017 was a special day for the popular real estate company, RevolutionPlus Property Development Company Limited, as the real estate company dazzled its esteem customers/clients at the just concluded Lagos International Trade Fair held at the Tafawa Balewa Square on Lagos Island, Lagos.
RevolutionPlus Property caught the attention of many as two of its brand ambassadors, Adekunle Gold and Madam Rachael Oniga thrilled customers at the fair. The Managing Director of the company, Mr. Bamidele Onalaja, and his wife, Tolupe Onalaja, were also in attendance. Revolution Plus Property has become a household name in Lagos. This real estate company has provided a lot of houses to many vulnerable Nigerians who never thought they could have a roof over their heads.
Recently, the company celebrated its 3rd year in the property business and it has since then grown from strength to strength. The company has sold over 500 acres of land to people across Nigeria.
The company has added another feather to its wings, It won the Real Estate Marketing Company of the Year at the real estate excellence award 2017. And presently, its now fully into property development which is currently selling at Sangotedo in Ajah, called Flourish Residences. Its a few minutes drive from Ajah roundabout. Flourish Residences is the new products of RevolutionPlus Property and its currently selling.
Two weeks back, he (MD) was at the Lagos International Trade Fair in Lagos Island. Also in attendance were Adekunle Gold (brand Ambassador of the company), Racheal Oniga (also brand ambassador) and his amiable wife, Tolulope Onalaja. They were all present at their exhibition booth.
City People’s Isaac Abimbade visited their stand and had the opportunity to speak to the Managing Director (Mr. Bamidele Onalaja), Adekunle Gold and Mrs. Tolulope Onalaja, (the pretty wife of Mr. Bamidele) Onalaja. (MD).
ADEKUNLE GOLD SPEAKS
The first person to speak was the company’s new brand ambassador, Adekunle Gold. He said he’s like a staff in the company. When you employ a staff, your job is to ensure your service is running and people are buying to the business. So, basically I’m like a marketer. “Abulesowo ni mi”.
What strategy has he adopted to market the company? he says “I tell a lot of my friends because I’m looking at my friends first. This is an amazing opportunity for them to own a property at RevolutionPlus. So, I’m telling my friends first for now. I’m also doing online marketing as well. Does he have property with the company? Yes now, at my age! I have because I have business sense. What is the contract (deal)? I’m happy partner with a reputable company like RevolutionPlus Property. I hope I can sell a lot of land for the company, its my dream, and its happening already. Have you dropped a track to promote what you are signed on? Yes. I just dropped a song. What does Adekunle knows about real estate? I know a lot about real estate. In Lagos, we use to have Landlord issues and you can hardly get a house of your choice.
Also, with my relationship with Mr. Bamidele (MD); he has taught me a lot about real estate and I urge people to take this opportunity to get landed property with the company.
What would his advice be to some of his friends who have money? I can’t tell people how to spend their money but I will say its wise to invest in property.

Shortly after this chat from Adekunle Gold, the Managing Director, Mr. Bamidele Onalaja revealed more about his new product, which has been selling. Tell us about your new product? Our new product is called Flourish Residences. It is a beautiful estate, located on Monastery road, Sangotedo. That is the place we have Shoprite. It is already a developed area. A lot of houses have been built there. We are building luxury flats there and the flats go for 25 million naira if you pay at once and you also have the opportunity to spread the payment for 24 months.
We also have Terrace houses we are building. They are very beautiful duplexes and that goes for 35 million naira per unit. And also, we are selling land to people who want to develop it on their own in the estate. The estate is ready to build. You can build now and immediately live there. It’s a beautiful estate and its quite affordable. What differentiate this product from others? The major different on all our products are lands but now we are building houses at affordable prices for people to live and be able to enjoy themselves.
That is what we are doing now; We are building houses for people to live. The location of Flourish Residences is closer to Ajah. So, it’s ready to live. And all our other products are still selling. Lekki Royal gardens is there, Lekki Crystal Garden, Royal Flourish Park, Royalty Garden at Shimawa, Lekki Royal Garden at Ibeju Lekki, Lekki Rose Garden at Oshoroko, Ibeju Lekki, Royal Haven Garden at Akodo-Ise Ibeju Lekki, (Phase 2), Lekki Sunrise Garden at Lepia Town, Ibeju Lekki. We have products as cheap as 7 hundred thousand per plot (land) at RevolutionPlus Property company.

What is the secret of your success? The secret of RevolutionPlus is God and I have a very vibrant team, led by my wife. So, its been God.
What has Adekunle Gold offered the company differently since you signed him on? Adekunle Gold is a big brand in Nigeria. He has released a new track dedicated to RevolutionPlus. He has brought fortunes to the company and our subscribers base has increased and we are doing better. The main reason Why we signed him on is to promote our brand. Adekunle Gold is a strong brand and that’s why we have signed him.

Also spoke with City People is the Executive Director of the company, Mrs. Tolupe Onalaja, who is the Executive Director of the company. The amiable lady was very excited to speak to media, especially City People. Tell us the secret of the success of RevolutionPlus Property as a company because the company is just 3 years?
The secret is simply God’s grace. We cannot ascribe anything to ourselves because we are not the only people selling property; we are not the only company that knows how to do it best but its just the grace of God. So, I can ascribe every success at Revolution Plus to God. Can we know why the new product is the best? We are going into housing development; from terraces to bungalow. It comes in 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms. We have it in 2 locations at the moment: We have at Eluju town in Bogije, we have 2 bedrooms Bungalow there going for 16 million naira and we have terrace houses there going for 25 million naira. We also have closed to Ajah, Flourish Residences, its close to the new Shoprite at Sangotedo. We have luxury flats there going for 25 millions naira and you can also spread the payment for 2 years. We want to ensure that every Nigerian own a home of their own. You can also buy land there in the estate and build at your own conveniences. We also have properties in Abuja as I speak to you now, we have 2 housing estates in Abuja.
We urge you to watch out for 2018, we are launching our new products. Apart from God who you referred to as the secret of the company success, what also can you ascribe the success of the company to? Because we have been able to deliver on our promises, I receive calls from every parts of the world, just yesterday someone called me from UK, a friend of his lives in Canada bought a property from us and we have allocated him. So, he now referred him to come and buy from us. So, integrity too has helped us. Ability to be able to deliver, ability able to keep to your words because for us at RevolutionPlus, one of our core values is integrity and we don’t just put it there. We actually practice what we say and this has helped us a lot and it has built credibility in the mind of people. Now people have more confidence in us. And secondly, since we opened our RevolutionsPlus house that has also increased the confidence of people. I think this two factors has made us more popular.
