A few weeks ago, the pretty wife of Aare Onakakanfo, Ayimba Mojisola Adams, was in the news when she gave birth to twins, but this time around, she is once again in the news as she launched her herbal line, “Vinee Roots Empire, in Lagos.
The herbs store, which is located at the Ogba area of Lagos, came on stream 5 months ago after successfully treating many waiting mothers of infertility she decided to learn more about herbs.
Her store, Vinee Roots Empire, is also into all health-related issues such as diabetes, infection in male and female, and to crown it all, aphrodisiac fondly called “Kayamata or love-making sweetener”.
The beautiful woman, who has been married for over 10 years, revealed that having treated many infertility and other health-related issues, she strongly felt to open the store.
She told City People’s Assistant Society Editor, ABIOLA ORISILE, in an exclusive interview her motivation. Enjoy it.
How do you feel opening this herbs store today?
I give God all the glory. It is not by my might or power. It is a vision I got over 5 months ago and today, we are many days down the line. But there is no way I will mention this herbs store and I won’t mention Yeye Oge Batlan. She really encouraged me and said Ayimba since you know many things about herbs, why don’t you open a herb store. We have had many testimonies of people whom God has blessed through my used my hands. When people call me to say they are having issues of childbearing, I am having issues with my husband, I ask them to come over, and tell them what to use and buy and what I recommend usually works. I have testimonies of people and I am like, maybe with what I have been through with infertility, this is what God wants me to do.
So, I decided to learn more about herbs and today, I know everything more than you need to solve any ailment the herbs ways.
What were you doing before this, how are you juggling it with this?
Well, I asked the same question from friends. Earlier, I was practically doing this herbs thing for free and it was working. I have many testimonies that the people used to come to and say thank you. I asked myself the same questions, but as my friends said, ‘it is a calling’. My friends E-tower, Batlan, Dosunmu and many others were all pushing me, saying that you can’t know all much about roots and let it die. I give God the glory that I am able to see that this is a calling. I thank God that God makes me see that my years of waiting and finding solutions to my challenges could transform into this herbs store.
I asked if I have to leave my Glo business to float this herbs business, but I see that I can actually do both together, God did it for me. My friends have over 5 businesses each and they are doing fine. So, I have decided to let this herbs business put a smile on some faces henceforth. So everything will walk together.
What is the herbs store all about?
Well, this herbs store will engage in solving all health issues, using herbs. Talk of other aspects of life such as love-making sweetener, favour cream, fertility, and many more. Basically, herbs and roots would be used to provide solution. Nothing, but herbs and roots. There are some herbs whose name I can give you now browse google. So, you can know what they are used for. Some of the herbs and roots are magical.
Where do you get your herbs from?
Some of our herbs are from Nigeria, while others from India. We are blessed in Nigeria. That is why I said blacks are blessed. We have good and effective herbs across Africa and neigbouring continents.
We also source herbs from India. We visit India to get herbs and roots, but 60% of our herbs and roots are from African countries. We go to India, and all others and it is 100 percent herbs. Even our beauty treatment is 100 percent herbs. You know some of the herbs could either be water-based, coconut water-based, alcohol and all. Our concoctions are 100 percent herb-based.
We have different herbs which could treat infertility, erectile dysfunction, love-making sweetener, early menopause and many others.
What other services do you offer?
We also treat women-related issues. For our female clients, your privacy is our concern. We do a lot. We do body steaming, we also stimulate aphrodisiac, we treat infertility in women, we do virginal steaming and others. Our aphrodisiac fondly called “Kayamata”.
Why not fabrics, one would have expected you to open a fabric shop, seeing how rich you are?
As I said, it is a calling. I have other businesses that I do. I have always wanted to read Medicine, but one thing led to other, reading Chemistry and Biology. Life experience made me go into herbs.
I have a fabric line and other businesses. I do Aso-Ofi. If you want to be successful, you must be able to do other lines of business.
Aside from women and men stuff, what other ailments can you treat?
Yes, we treat diabetes and other ailments that Almighty Allah has given us power over.
How do you intend to strike a balance between this herbs business and your other lines of business?
Women or multi-tasking, I have other lines of business, which may not require my physical presence, but give orders. We are fully prepared and one won’t affect any other.
How confidential is your service?
Highly confidential, just as your health is our priority, so also is your secrecy. We are not posting your reviews, but those who have used our product can testify that it is working.
