How did she start her business? “I started this Makeover business 9 years ago,” she explains. “Oteniara Makeovers is currently located in Ibadan, but we are available to travel everywhere. I am passionate about making people look their very best, hence, why I ventured into the business and to the glory of God, we have been able to beautify so many faces with my art”. Why did she call her brand Oteniara? “Oteniara is my first name and it a really unique and significant name. Thats why I decided to make it my brand name”.
What does Oteniara mean? “Oteniara means mat of wonders. Its in Ijesha dialect.
So good is she that she has made up for all the top dignitaries including Chief Mrs. Florence Ajimobi, the wife of the former governor of Oyo State and the wives of the Alaafin of Oyo. She won the 1st and 2nd editions of the Ibadan wedding awars as The Best Bridal Make-Up Artist.” I also won the City People award for the best Make-Up artist in Ibadan”.
