This set of people aren’t just seen as billionaires, they are Lekki big boys behind most of the real estate businesses in the Lekki axis. They are young, rich and they basically do most of their real estate business in the Lekki axis of Lagos. Some of these guys can be referred to as silent billionaires because you hardly hear their names mentioned anywhere and they also keep a low profile. But when it comes to big real estate projects, in Lekki especially, these are some of the guys behind it. They are the developers of some of the newly built massive estates in the axis of Lekki.
Let’s serve you some of their names.
Let begin with the three Eletu brothers. They are the owners of Osapa London around the Jakande area in Lekki. These guys are big property developers. Their names are Alhaji Mudashiru Eletu-Odibo, Prince Ademola Eletu-Odibo and their younger brother, Prince Kazeem Eletu-Odibo. Prince Kazeem is the most active among the 3 brothers. He’s the Chairman of Kazeem Royal Properties, a property company behind many luxury mini-estates on the same axis. These brothers are billionaires and they don’t hide it. But what they won’t do is go outside their domain to invest. They would tell you they are contented investing in their own territory. Virtually all the land/houses in Osapa London were sold by the three brothers. They also develop many of the properties there. These guys have all sorts of exotic cars in their garages. Talk of Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Lincoln Navigator, G-Wagon, etc. They are the life of any party they attend.
Presently, they have been reclaiming another expanse of land down the Osapa axis and when completed, it would be another Banana Island. They are seriously working on the project.
Another big name is Mr Odutayo Abiodun. He’s the Chairman of Hagar Realty. He’s young, energetic but he’s performing excellently in the real estate sector. He develops and sells. A visit to Agungi axis in Lekki would give you a hint of what he does in the property sector. All his housing estates are always done with a unique touch. He’s obviously a billionaire and he doesn’t hide it.
What about Kennedy Okonkwo, Chairman of Nedcomoaks Properties? He’s one of the biggest property developers in the Lekki/Ajah axis. He’s one of the guys who are doing wonders with land in Lekki! He develops houses/estates in dozens and he’s the developer of many estates in that axis. Estates like Victoria Crest Homes, Phase 1 to 5, Citadel Views etc. That’s where the former Big Broda Naija Winner, Mercy Eke, bought her house along with other celebrities.
What about Chief Edwin Jeffrey Agbim, the developer of Spring Gardens Phase 1 and 2, Loen Garden Homes and many others? You can’t mention top property developers without mentioning his name. He’s a silent worker and all his projects are always for the high-end. He’s the major developer on the Conservation road, opposite Chevron head office in Lekki, Lagos. He’s also doing very well in Osapa, where he has a couple of housing estates.
Let’s also tell you about Chief Murphy Osuala, CEO, Empire homes. He’s a major developer in the Chevron office area. You can’t mention top developers who are making billions in real estate in that axis without mentioning his name. He also has a couple of estates along Orchid road in Lekki.
We can’t mention Chief Murphy without talking about his friend who is a major developer in that axis. His name is Chief Emmanuel Okafor, Chairman of Marcopolo Properties. He’s one of the Real Estate pioneers in that axis. He’s been there for over 20 years as a developer. He has a lot of housing estates around the Lekki axis. He’s developed more than 20 housing estates in that axis alone. But Chief doesn’t like to make noise. He is also the owner of the Marcopolo Hotel opposite Chevron office gate in Lekki.
Chief Samuel Odinamadu, Chairman, SKC property falls into our listing as one of the young billionaires making billionaires in the sector. Let’s also tell you that he is the latest Chief in town! He’s just been installed as Ikeora 1 Oba.
His property firm is first to reckon with when you mention top-notch reel estate firms doing top-notch projects in the axis.
What about Hon Alex Kehinde Bankole? He’s in his late 30s but he’s a big property player. He’s the Chairman of KAB Construction. His firm has been doing well for more than 10 years, doing big projects back to back. Presently, he’s working on Lekki Courts where houses would soon be available to buy for celebrities. His ongoing project on Orchid road is top-notch.
We can’t mention young developers in the Lekki axis without the name of Mr Olawale Ayilara, CEO, LandWey Investment. He’s also doing well in that axis.
What about Mr. David Ekeodo, founder, Yankees homes? He’s one of the young major players in the Lekki axis of Lagos. So also is Chief Emeka Uzoeto, Chairman, 1st Homes. These guys are young and they are making a lot of billionaires in the real estate business.
We also have Chief Ishmael Emeka Udenka, Chairman of Lucky Gardens Estates. Another young player in that industry doing well is Elegbede, MD, Buckhead Construction.
