Late Chief (Mrs.) Anthonia Abeke Badejoko Ogbamola (nee Sanyaolu) was born into the prestigious Sanyaolu family of Abeokuta in Ogun State through her loving though elderly parents, late Pa. David Afuape Sanyaolu and late Chief (Mrs.) Rachael Ojuooriola Sanyaolu on the 23rd of March, 1947 in Osogbo, Osun State.
Madam Abeke attended St. Peter Clavers Convent Primary School, Itesi, Abeokuta where she obtained her First School Leaving Certificate. She attended Our Lady of Apostles Secondary Grammar School, Marymary, Odo-Ona, Ibadan.
In her quest for more knowledge, she proceeded to Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo, where she obtained her National Certificate of Education (NEC) in French and English Language, still not satisfied with her level of education, she went further to attend the prestigious University of Lagos, where she bagged her Bachelor of Arts in Education (French & English Language). She met the love of her life, Chief Jacob Olatunde Ogbamola, who is from Ikole-Ekiti about 53 years ago and they later got married and have been together since, went through the storms of life together lovingly. Service of songs was held on the 24th October 2018 at St. Loius Catholic Church, Orelope, Egbeda, while the Christian wake was held the following day at 11, Alhaji Ogunsola Street, Egbeda. The funeral mass which is the celebration of the life of Chief (Mrs.) Anthonia Abeke Ogbamola (Yeye Ogboye of Egbaland) was held at CKC Christ The King Catholic Church, situated at Shasha, Akowonjo, Lagos.
The church was filled to the brim as dignitaries and important personalities trooped in to celebrate a life well spent. One can easily conclude that Madam Abeke was loved by many and she was a good mother till the moment she breathed her last.
