This year’s Lemon Friday, from its heels of unveiling promises to be one of a kind, as it marks the 7th anniversary of the fastest growing real estate company that focuses on the masses.
One of the top-shots in Adron, Ayodeji Ojo-Omoniyi while speaking to newsmen also hinted that this year’s lemon Friday is coming with a big bang as ambassadors are selected from all the geographical zones in Nigeria. The direction and vision for the coming year is Adron Everywhere.
“We aim to drive our campaign through selected ambassadors to create new landlords with additional packages to celebrate the season of Christmas.
“while payment structure is flexible to suit, prospects, there are many gifts that come with your selected plans” he said.
DG Iheoma, from Ibadan, also talks about the Adron Lemon Friday and the basic rule beign making luxury homes that fits the contemporary standard, affordable. This year we shall be going to schools, companies, and organizations to disburse gifts and make available our housing plans for prospects. We are giving out 1000 cows and tens of thousands of ram, with lots of Christmas packages to celebrate the festive season.
Adron Homes has made payment plans as flexible as N5,000, and above to secure a land, even for babies at birth.
To take delivery of Adron Christmas Cow, subscribers are expected to make initial deposit of N500,000 of the due payment and other gifts such as a bag of rice, seasoning pack, a big plastic of groundnut oil and many more, shall be disbursed, while deposit of N200,000 will qualify buyers to get a big goat, a bag of rice and groundnut oil.
