Let us be the first to whisper into your ears that a top Yoruba actor, Aina Gold, has got himself on the list of Nigerian celebrities living in luxury apartment as he is currently building a multimillion Naira mansion in Lagos.
A few years ago, when Femi Adebayo completed his Ibadan house, news in the Nigerian media was that he is the only Yoruba actor who has built such an edifice. Now, another mansion has been built by one of his colleagues, Aina Gold, who is also a big player in real estate industry.
The house is a 3-storey building built on a plot of land. An insider disclosed that it is a 6-bedroom duplex with 6 executive living rooms.
Immediately on entering the apartment, there is a mini living room, which, it was gathered, would be used as the reception. Immediately after that, you face the biggest living room, which has its bar, dining and the restroom. Beyond the largest living room, is another living room. Beside it, before getting to the stairs is the kids living room.
On the first floor of the luxury home, the house has 3 kitchens and the largest one is on the ground floor, while the 2 others are in the first and second floor. Besides the kitchen, there is a self-contained room where the occupant has all he/she needs. This might probably be the visitor’s room. The second floor is where the 8.5M2 x650 length master bedroom and 2 other rooms with a mini kitchen, family living room and a private bar are located.
The last floor City People learnt is a 2 bedrooms apartment, mini kitchen, a balcony and a mini-living room for domestic workers. The Tennis Court, Laundry room, Saloon for the Landlord, his wife and children, and a gym center are built with the security post. The impressive edifice is located at the Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State. The building of the house, it was learnt, commenced in March 2016 and Aina Gold is expected to move in by March 2017.
