The Federal High Court, Lagos, has issued the warrant of arrest for Innoson Motors boss Innocent Chukwuma,
The sitting judge, Justice Mojisola Dada, reportedly issued the warrant, asking that he should be arrested and brought before the court on March 1.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had back in December, 2107, arrested the Innoson boss, suing him and his brother and his company.
The EFCC accused the 3 of conspiracy to obtain property by false pretense.
