This is big news from members of the Eko Club Houston. The club will be celebrating its 25th anniversary between Friday 13th and Saturday 14th May 2022.
This occasion calls for celebration and must be celebrated with the flair and flamboyance it deserves.
The 2-day ephocal event will feature on Friday, May 14th, the Ankara Night, Guest Lecture,
Scholarship, Raffle Draw and Fundraising.
The guest lecture will feature family members and children who were part of the Eko Club Youth at its inception but today are successful and accomplished professionals.
These were the youths who entertained Governor Tinubu in 2000; today, they are successful medical doctors.
The program for Saturday, May 15th, includes the Roasting of the immediate President Emeritus, Hon Ralph Ogunbiyi, an organisation’s tradition.
Other programs include the documentary of the past projects and the journey so far, to mention a few.
According to Bashir Agoro, the club’s President,
“Given your disposition as an ardent supporter of the organisation, its ideals and values since its inception, we beseech you to be A SPECIAL GUEST at the event on Friday and Saturday. I am looking forward to your esteemed presence.
We asked the President to tell us a bit about himself.
“My name is Bashir “BJ” Agoro, a resident of Houston TX USA. I am married with four children with ages that range from 21 to 29 years old. I’m a professional realtor, IT Consultant and businessman. I have been serving Eko Club USA Inc. for over 12 years in several capacities and I am now the President.”
