On Saturday 20th January 2017, seasoned journalist who is a retired top federal Civil Servant in Nigeria, Chief Eric Teniola’s daughter, Olamide walked down the aisle with her longtime heartrob Olaoluwa Mabawokun.The solemnization of holy matrimony took place at the Cathedral Church of Christ CMS, Lagos state. Captains of Industries, Politicians, University dons, Lawyers and reputable Journalists all stormed the venue to witness the glamorous wedding party. SOLEMNIZATION OF HOLY MATRIMONY
Olamide and Olaoluwa walked down the aisle at The Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina, Lagos. The Officiating minister, urged the newly wedded couple to always live in one accord.He advised them to always live at peace and try to settle dispute within 24 hours ,saying that they should not allow third party interference in their relationship.Olamide and Olaoluwa proceeded to sign the marriage register including the couple’s parent.

The 2000 -sitting capacity Queen’s park event center Oniru, Victoria Island , Lagos was lit, as it conveniently served as the reception venue for Olamide and Olaoluwa.The decoration, lighting and sounds in the hall was top notch. Every guest was comfortable seated in the event hall.

The beautiful bride became the cynosure of all eyes ,Olamide was looking very radiant and gorgeous in her beautiful white wedding gown.The way the gown was sewn made her look exactly like an Angel.The upper part of the gown is slim whilst the lower part is bogus and firm.
CHIEF PHILIP IKEAZOR CHAIRED THEWEDDING
Former Managing Director of Union Bank Plc Chief Philip Ikeazor was the chairman of the day and he offered pieces of advice to the couple. He said he has been married for 26 years and is in a better position to tell them the ‘dos and donts’ of marriage. He said the couple should embrace peace and try to be eachother’s keeper.
GROOM AND MUM DANCED
The handsome groom Olaoluwa and his mummy Mrs Iyabo Mabawonku stepped out to the podium and danced.They danced for few minutes before they were joined by groom’s daddy and siblings.

The elegant bride Olamide stepped out to dig it with her father Mr Eric Teniola on dance floor. Both Father and daughter are good dancers as they dazzled guests in the hall with beautiful steps.

Almost every female guests at the party wore a sizzling Army green lace Aso-Ebi and it made the entire hall to look very colourful. The ladies dazzled in the lace material with green and pitch coloured head gear to match. The men wore a choco-brown material and they all looked good in it.

Sumptuous Meal were freely Served ,all kinds of food ranging from intercontinental and local dishes were served on demand at the party.They were numerous vendor stands attending to guests at fast speed in the hall.
