…With The Planned Opening Of His New Royal Resort
K1 de Ultimate is a highly respected musician. He popularised a brand of the Fuji genre based on the work of the Fuji creator Ayinde Barrister known as Talazo Fuji that appeals to all age groups irrespective of tribe and background.
He was born on March 3rd 1957 in Agarawu area of Lagos Island.
His both name is Wasiu Ayinde Adewale Omogbolahan Anifowoshe popularly known as Kwam 1, the Mayegun of Yorubaland.
This very successful musician is one of the most celebrated stars within and outside the country. It is also a known fact within the social circle, that once you are having a party with Kwam 1 at the bandstand. This alone goes a long way to show that the party is strictly for the A-list celebrities in the society, not the everyday regular party. The party is ultimatically rated as one for the rich and mighty in the society.
It is also a known fact, that having a party with Kwam 1 at the bandstand obviously means, one have coughed out millions to make that happens. He doesn’t come cheap at all.
Despite his high price, his demands are extremely high.
He is so busy that many book him early in the year, for parties coming up towards the end of the year. Also to so many others his free date determines when they will fix their party for the year.
When the video of his just completed resort surface online, many were not surprised, because he has indeed worked for it, and he is described by many as a man of class and luxury. He doesn’t comprise this for anything. This is evident in the way, he built his house.
Everybody in the vicinity, from adult to children seems to know Wasiu’s house.
His house is a beautifully composed while massive buildig. The Fuji act is a piscean. And to tell he is both proud and obsessed with his Zidiac sign; and he caused it to be boldy written on the right side of the building.
He also have a special love for animals, ranging from the most tame of dogs to the most poisonous snakes to vicious crocodile.
His home is called the Castle of Peace and he is very religious and maintains a little Mosque on the grounds of the Castle of Peace.
Though he was born in Lagos Island but he is an indigene of Ogun State. His father is from Ijebu-Ode while his mother is from Ilupeju in Ondo State.
This highly talented and respected King of Fuji yearly always have reasons to celebrate his birthdays last year 3rd of March, 2022, on his birthday, which his pretty wife, Emmanuella Aderopo organised a special birthday surprise to celebrate him on his special day. To celebrate his 65th birthday last year, a big party was organised in his honour and videos from the event went viral. The major highlight of the birthday was the presence of his 101 years old mother who was also present at the celebration.
His pretty wife who organised the party invited his friends, family from far and near to celebrate the special day with him. His 65th birthday was a topic of discussion amongst Nigerians after dignitaries across the country celebrated the music icon.
At the birthday occasion his proud and joyous 101 years old mother, Hajia Halimat Shadiat was spotted holding hands withy her son Kwam 1 walking to the venue of the birthday ceremony.
People at the venue hailed the elderly woman by singing and praying for her in Yoruba language.
This year the Fuji maestro will be clocking 66 years and there is already grand preparation for the mothers of all parties.
Kwam 1 will be shutting down Ijebu-Ode for his 66th year birthday celebration and the official granding opening of Mayegun Royal Resort in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, with all the high and mighty in the society in attendance.
Recall, that the Mayegun Royal Resort, which is a fun and relaxation destination was declared opened for business on the 21st of July, 2021 with a show tagged Haboosa Promotion Exclusive Show in 2021.
The show was suppose to be a yearly event put together then by K1’s friend Bolaji Saheed popularly known as Bolaji Basia and according to him, it was a show for the privileged in the society who will be part of the history making event.
Artists like Lanre Teriba (Atorise), 9ice, DJ Kulet amongst others made it to the event to entertain the guests.
But this particular grand opening will be the official one. Many who are familiar with Kwam 1 knows, he goes for the best of everything, and the resort is one of its kind.
The resort is intuitively designed with sophisticated gadgets for today’s modern classy fun seekers, that will enable guests to relax and have unlimited fun in a conducive atmosphere.
He took to his social media handle to share the good news while inviting prospective guests and customers to his multi-million naira business.
Mayegun Royal Ranch and Resort is located in Ijebu-Ode in Ogun State, the same town where he built his palatial home some years ago.
