Hon. Ayodeji Adebayo Joseph is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. He assumed office on Monday, November 15, 2021. Before assuming the mantle of leadership at LSDPC, the versatile administrator has decades of experience as an officer in both the public and private sectors.
Hon. Ayodeji Joseph graduated from the prestigious Lagos State University, Ojo with a Second-Class Upper degree in Geography and Regional Planning, briefly after his first degree and mandatory National Youth Service, he proceeded to bag a Master’s degree from yet another prestigious citadel of learning, The University
of Lagos, where he was awarded MSc Geographic Information System (G.I.S).
Hon. Ayodeji Joseph worked in the Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning and Development (MPPUD) as a Research Officer. Having garnered loads of experience in the public sector, the resourceful Ayodeji decided to explore the private sector, thereby joining the Guaranty Trust Bank, where he rose through the ranks to become Head, the POS Installation and Support Unit. Hon. Ayodeji Joseph served as the Executive Chairman of Apapa Local Government area for two consecutive terms (2008-2014).
Also, Deputy Chairman Committee on Special Duties, House of Representatives 2015 – 2019.
Since his resumption as the Managing Director of Lagos State Development and Property Corporation, numerous successes have been attributed to Hon. Ayodeji Joseph, amongst which are; • Completion and handing over of B.O. Benson Estate, Ibeshe Ikorodu • Completion of Owolewa Vocational Center, Surulere • Signing of an agreement for the development of The Crown Tower, Sinari Daranijo, Victoria Island with Golden Forest • Signing of an agreement for the development of Melrose Residence, Adebisi Omotola, Victoria Island with Messers MGE Realty Limited • Signing off an agreement for the development a commercial mall at Plot C, Oluwole Urban Mall II with Dominant Engineering Limited • Signing of agreement with urban Shelter & AKF Properties LTD on Ajire, Ogombo Road, Ajah • Signing of an agreement for the development of LSDPC-Toll Heights at Plot B1, LSDPC Ogudu Scheme 2 with the Toll Brothers • Renovation of an office block at the LSDPC Headquarters • Completion and handing over of Channel Point Apartments, Victoria Island to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for commissioning.
ED, VENTURES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Adeola Adeleke Olusodo attended Igbobi College and Kings College, Lagos. He graduated from the University of Lagos where he bagged his degrees in BA (Hons) History (1987-1990), MBA Marketing (1996 – 1998) and MSc. Housing Development and Management (2017).
He joined LSDPC in January 2000 as Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs. Currently, he is the Executive Director, Joint venture/Business Development where he formulates corporate business strategy for the Corporation.
Prior to his employment in LSD PC, Mr. Olusodo worked with Chellarams Plc. (March 1992- July 1993) as the Outdoor Sales Promotion Manager and Daewoo Motor Services Nigeria Limited (July 1993- Jan 2000) as the Marketing Manager.
He is a member of the following institutes • Institute of Sales & Marketing Management UK (Fellow) • Nigeria Institute of Management • Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria.
PRINCE ADENIYI AROMOLARAN ED, ENTERPRISE SERVICES
Prince Adeniyi Nehemiah Aromolaran is a Fellow and an Elected Council Member, CIPM, a Certified IFC/LPI Sustainable and Performance Development Facilitator/Trainer, Founder/Country Team Lead, The Nehemiah Place. He is a Finance & Banking Graduate of the University of Lagos.
Between 1996 and 2013, Aromolaran developed his professional expertise in the Financial Sector, Management Consulting, Human Resources, Retail Marketing, Hospitality and Real Estate Development/Investment, working with various reputable organizations.
He is a Member, International Association of Facilitators; Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Training & Development; Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered).
Prince Aromolaran is a Council Member, Nigeria – Britain Association and a Member, Ikoyi Club 1938.
