On 16th July 2022, HRM Oba Adedotun Oduneye Odusanya, (Osijiya II), the Olu of Odusenlu-Alaro Kingdom, in Ijebu Ode Ogun State, installed Otunba Sefiu Rabiu as Otunba Bobajiro of Odosenlu-Alaro and his lovely wife, Yeye Emmanuela Rabiu as Yeye Otun Bobajiro. The 3rd recipient is the son of an ever-green musician, King Sunny Ade, Otunba Olawande George Folarin as the Otunba Tayese of Odosenlu-Alaro Kingdom Ijebu.
The installation ceremony was held at the palace of Oba Oduneye Odusanya, who welcomed everyone to the palace.
As the MC, Otunba Wale Bello (Ajisebioyo) announced the arrival of Oba Adedotun Oduneye Odusanya, and his lovely wife, everyone stood up to honour them and ushered them to their seat.
Otunba Sefiu Rabiu (Otunba Bobajiro) and Yeye Emmanuela Rabiu (Yeye Otun Bobajiro) stood up from their seats to pay homage to all the Kings on seat, and after all the prayers, they were given their Crown and official documents to confirm them as new Chiefs of Odosenlu-Alaro Kingdom. They proceeded to a mini hall where all their guests who followed them to the Palace were entertained.
Otunba Olawande George Folarin also entered with his guests, as he received his Crown and Certificate of Otunba Tayese of Odosenlu-Alaro Kingdom title.
Over 10 Oba’s graced the occasion.
Many Oba’s who are close to the King turned up for him like Oba Adesesan Oguntayo (Ajalorun Of Ile-Ife), Oba Anthony Kayode (Alakija Of Ikija), Oba Yomi Banjo ( Olokine Of Ojowo Ijebu Igbo), Oba Akinsaya ( Ewusi Of Makun Sagamu), Oba Olalekan Kasahli ( Obelu Of Esure), and many others.
The events ended with lovely music by Divin Musik Band, as everyone danced.
