Lagos stood still on Sunday 23rd February, 2020 as de-creme-de-creme of the society gathered at the Royal Oak Event Centre, Lekki, for the birthday of real estate queen, Dr. Ololade Valentina Abuta, (OVA) the CEO of Gracia Group of Companies. It was the mother of all parties, despite the fact that over 10 celebrities parties took place on the same date. Lolade’s party was different. It was star studded and definitely if not the best party of 2020, then it will surely be one of the best. Like you all know, Ololade Abuta is not a small fry in the real estate business in Nigeria and she has equally paid her dues in the entertainment industry having started as an actress before going into real estate.
The celebrant changed into three amazing outfits, althrough the party. The party had popular actress, Toyin Abraham and MC lively as masters of ceremony. Over 10 different food vendors were on standing to cater for guests.
The cake was one of the side attractions of the party. The Gracia residential cake was specially done by the cake master himself, one of the finest cakes that many have ever seen.
The decoration of the hall was mind blowing and it was done by BK glam. She flew in from UK to plan the one in town party.
The Mayegun of Yorubaland, King Wasiu Ayinde was on the bandstand, while popular DJ Cypha also dished out selected tunes at intervals.
Guests had so much to eat and drink as Moyeterent by Yetunde Olorunfemi took charge of drinks.
The celebrant came into the event centre from her hotel room in Eko Hotel & Suites in a black Benz with a customised plate number OVA 35. The party is one that lots of people will keep talking about in a long time, from the venue, to the guests, and so much food and expensive drinks everything showed class.

FOR MANY WHO DON’T KNOW OLOLADE VALENTINA ABUTA
This pretty and extremely hardworking lady is one of the most successful players in the real estate sector. She runs a flourishing real estate company in Lagos. She is an accomplished entrepreneur and a goal-getter. She started her career as an actress, tried other businesses as well before moving into real estate.
She is extremely passionate about what she does and doesn’t give up until she achieves her aims and objectives. She is presently the CEO of Gracia Group of Companies, one of the leading real estate companies in Nigeria with lots of achievement and awards both in and outside the country.
SHE CHANGED INTO THREE DIFFERENT OUTFITS FOR OVA 35
The delectable celebrant changed into three beautiful outfits on her special day for her first outfit she wore a beautiful red outfit designed by Arakenge Stitches her expensive gold set for the outfit was by Adeyemo Ibironke Adunni and well-stoned aso-oke which she used to compliment her outfit was designed by Goldiva Fabrics. She was looking like a pack of chocolate, with her face well made by Celebrity Beautician plus Shakky.
Her gorgeous second outfit was designed by the celebrity stylist, the transformer queen herself. Trannahsplacempire, the pink well-designed dress was so beautiful that guests couldn’t take their eyes off it. Her jewellery for the second look was by Bisgold4real while Oludavid took charge of the hair.
Then finally her third look, which happens to be lots of people’s favourite the green and gold transformer, outfit, was in two pieces. It initially came in as a skirt and blouse but was later transformed into a jumpsuit, and it was designed by Tiannahsplacempire, diamond by jewellery affairs and the beautiful hair by Oludavid.
Ova 35 was not a child’s play at all, everything was on point and topnotch.
THE CELEBRANT’S TRIUMPHANT ENTRY
Ova 35 is not the usual or regular party, people have been attending, it was different, and everything speaks of class. The celebrant danced into the hall three times throughout the party. For the first dance, she was ushered into the hall in the company of her cute son Graciano Lopex, who was equally looking handsome in a white and red outfit (Agbada with red cap and shoes). He danced into the hall with his mother.
At the second entry, the beautiful celebrant danced into the hall after changing into her second outfit in the company of her team (team Gracious Group) all looking beautiful in the gold and wine lace Aso-Ebi, with a well-designed wine hat to compliment their looks. The men looked all handsome in a selected Aso-Ebi for men and a wine coloured cap to compliment their looks as well. They all danced to selected tunes by DJ Cypha, they really danced to celebrate and usher in, their amiable boss.
The celebrant and her son also changed into another outfit, as the third look for the party proper. She changed into the 2 pieces transformer, outfit. The gold and green outfit, while, master Graciano Lopex looked handsome as ever in a black and gold well-designed suit by Trannasplacempire. He also danced into the hall in the company of his mum.
Did we tell you, that Master Graciano Lopex stays in the U.K, and this explains why Ololade Abuta often travels to the U.K to check on her son. She promised to give her son, the best of everything in life the cute boy only came to Nigeria to be a part of his mother’s special day, and also make the day a memorable one for her.
THE CELEBRANT STORMED THE VENUE OF THE PARTY IN A CUSTOMISED CAR
Like we earlier said, everything about OVA 35 was topnotch, from beginning to the end. The celebrant stormed the venue of the party in customized plate number OVA 35 black Benz, in the company of her cute son. They were both looking good.
MC LIVELY AND TOYIN ABRAHAM AS MASTER OF CEREMONY
These two stars, Toyin Abraham a movie star and Instagram comedian MC Lively took charge of the event. They both did what they know how to do best and also cracked guests up to add more fun to the event.
PASTOR NICHOLAS STARTED THE EVENT WITH OPENING PRAYERS
The highly respected man of God was called upon by one the MC’s, MC Lively to start up the event with opening prayers, which he did brilliantly.
BK GLAM TOOK CHARGE OF THE EVENT
BK Glam is an event planning company located in the U.K, with Bukky as the CEO.
OVA 35, flew in BK Glam all the way from U.K to plan her party and guess what, she did justice to the whole event, from decoration to event management, she handled it so perfectly. The hour glass shape event planner doesn’t come cheap at all, because, she is extremely good at what she does. According to her she has been into event planning for 5 years, and she always makes vendors work extra, to get her desired result and Ololade gave her the job because she goes all loud with her job, especially with big time event like OVA 35 with over 2000 guests.
The decoration was out of this world, very classy and exceptionally beautiful. The ushers and vendors were all positioned to carry out their duties.
Bukky was on her feet althrough making sure, there were no lapses and she was looking pretty in her black and gold jumpsuit. Men could not take their eyes of her.
The hall was beautifully decorated in gold and white, and beautiful flowers at the right places. The walkway alone was breathtaking.
THE CAKE WAS ONE OF HE SIDE ATTRACTIONS AT THE PARTY
The cake was one of the side attractions at the party. The design of the cake goes in line with her line of business, it was tagged the Gracia residential estate cake. It is one of the most beautiful well-designed cakes, you can think of. And it was designed by the master of pastries in Nigeria. De Cakemaster.
One could not help but admire the beautifully well-designed cake for OVA 35, and trust us, is worths lots of money.
DJ CYPHA WAS NOT LEFT OUT
Highly talented and celebrated DJ Cypha was the official DJ at OVA 35. He was dishing out beautiful selected tunes that suited every aspect of the celebration. He took charge perfectly, when Kwam 1 was not performing and guests enjoyed the tunes he played to their listening pleasure, most especially during the period, the celebrant had to dance in at one point or the other of the party. It was more or less like, he shouldn’t stop. There was no dull moment with him.
GOLD AND WINE ASO-EBI ON DISPLAY
A well-selected gold and wine lace Aso-Ebi was chosen for OVA 35. Ladies stepped out in different designs for the party. The venue was more like, all the beautiful ladies in Lagos were selected for the party. All the styles were really beautiful, though, there were some that really stood out, especially the ones designed by the transformer herself, Trannahsplacempire, so all designs worn by celebrities like Omobrish, Iyabo Ojo, Biodun Okeowo, Toyin Lawani herself all stood out.
KING WASIU AYINDE (KWAM 1) THE MAYEGUN OF YORUBALAND WAS ON THE BANDSTAND
Kwam 1 is one of the most celebrated and respected Fuji stars in Nigeria and trusts us, he doesn’t come cheap. She performs at A-list stars and OVA 35 happens to be one of such parties. He stormed the party with his entourage in his customised plate number (Mayegun) black car, looking good in his all-white outfit.
He arrived at the venue of the event almost at the same time with the celebrant. Trust Mayegun, he did lots of justice to the party. He played too-early hours of the next day. Guests can never have enough of Wasiu at any party. He will always deliver.
YETUNDE OLORUNFEMI TOOK CHARGE OF WINE
Society big babe, Yetunde Olorunfemi is the CEO of Moyetevent, who deals mainly in exotic drinks and expensive wine. They handle big-time parties in Nigeria. Yetunde is Ololade’s close friend for over 10 years and the relationship has been waxing really strong. She described Olotade as a very nice, humble and down to earth friend, who always wishes the best for her friends.
Moyetevent took charge of the drinks for OVA 35. People drank to stupor and all exotic drinks, despite so much which was served to people to drink, they were still lots of cartons left unopened cartons wines were served at the party like normal bottle water it was that incredible.
WHO DID WHAT
Lots of vendors were contracted for OVA 35. For her over 2000 guests despite the crowd, there was so much to eat and drink at the party. Vendors like Kreative Fruits Cocktail, Diamond Food and drinks, Shatiz Catering Service, Fespris Abula Spot, Swallowing, Celeb Foods were all on standby serving guests from Oriental and Continental, Extras and Afters, Main Course, Desserts, Cocktail and Mocktail, Fruits, Starter, Protein, Sauce over 100 different dishes was on display all you need to do, is just to place your order. Like earlier said, OVA 35 is not the usual or regular parties people attend. It is the mother of all parties.

WITH LOVE FROM NOLLYWOOD
Ololade Abuta started her career as an actress, so she still maintains a very cordial relationship with lots of movie stars. Despite her success in real estate, she is very humble and extremely friendly. This explains why lots of Nollywood stars honoured her. Even some flew in from the U.K just to be part of her special day.
Iyabo Ojo and her best friend Omobrish were one of the best-dressed celebrities at the OVA 35. They sure had a nice time at the party.
Foluke Daramola who just got back from Canada also made it for OVA 35, she was looking beautiful in her Aso-Ebi and she came quite early alongside some other movie stars.
Bukola Adeeyo stepped out with bestie Folorunsho Adeola, these two jolly friends often step out together at events. They were also among the movie stars that honoured Ololade Abuta. Both of them were looking beautiful as ever.
Highly respected movie star, Ayo Adesanya stepped-in in the company of Bimpe Akintunde and Lola Ajibola. These party queens didn’t leave any stone unturned, as Sikiratu Sindodo was equally very beautiful in her Aso-Ebi.
The ever-smiling Lola Magaret was not left out, she came in, in the company of her friends, exchanged pleasantries with her fans outside at the red carpet before stepping into the hall.
The ever-gorgeous curvacious Biodun Okeowo was one of the best dressed at the event, she was looking pretty in her outfit.
The very simple Aisha Lawal sat quietly with her colleagues, and lots of people didn’t quickly notice when she stepped into the hall because of her quiet and simple nature. Dayo Amusa was also not left out.
Mide Martins stepped out in the company of her best friend Zanzeebe, the popular designer for the OVA 35.
Sotayo Sobola equally honoured OVA 35 looking beautiful in her Aso-Ebi designed by her company Clean Stitches and luxury jewellery to compliment her looks. Laide Bakare was also present, looking beautiful as ever.
Petite and beautiful looking Bose Alao was equally present, this amiable mother of four can pass for a sweet 16 any time any day. Besides her well designed Aso-Ebi, lots of people could not help but admire her beauty as well.
Movie icon, Saheed Balogun was present, looking handsome in a white outfit. He was the only male movie star present at the party.
WITH LOVE FROM THE ROYAL FAMILY
The royal family were fully represented at OVA 35, The Alafin of Oyo’s kids and one of his wives were present at the party to honour Ololade Abuta. Oba Adetokunbo Gbadegeshin Olu of Orile and other royal fathers were present at the party.
MC OLUOMO ALSO HONOURED OLOLADE ABUTA
The Chairman NURTW Lagos Chairman, MC Oluomo was equally present in the company of his boys and did the needful before leaving the party.
THE UNFULFILLED DESIRE OF THE CELEBRANT AT OVA 35
OVA 35 was a huge success, with a turnout of the high and mighty in the society who had more than enough fun, exotic drinks and different delicacies at their disposal. Despite all these, the celebrant Ololade Abuta was not really happy with the way some things turned out at her party. First and foremost, she was destabilised when one of her expensive phones was stolen, as if that was not enough, the designer that was expected to make a specially selected outfit for her parents disappointed her, and her initial plan, was to dance in company of her son and her parents, which didn’t happen there, she was a bit displeased.
The party was also expected to start from 1 to 9 pm but didn’t start properly until 5 pm and with this, the celebrant was unable to wear her other two outfits for the party. OVA 35 was indeed not a child’s play, it was the mother of all parties.
