For almost a year after he came in for his 2nd term the Oyo State Governor didn’t have commissioners and Special Advisers. When he did eventually only a few of his trusted aides from the first term came back. He also appointed new people. But give it to the ever smiling governor he put together a solid team of professionals who now steer the ship of state.
