A Couple of weeks ago, the President, Muhammadu Buhari, signed into law the CAMA bill (the Companies and Allied Matters Act) and the government has come under fire ever since. This is because one of the functions of the law is that it has the power to seek for an immediate audit of the accounts of a church, or Mosque, as the case may be and determine whether the founder/owner of the church/Mosque, has been dipping hands into the funds or account of the said church or Mosque. The position of CAMA is that pastors, preachers and founders of churches, especially, should not treat such funds that belong to the church as their personal funds. In the event that it has been discovered that such act has taken place in a church or Mosque, officials will step in, ask the founder to step aside while a new Board will be set up to run the church and the church’s finances will be investigated along with the founder who may eventually be replaced as the ‘COO’ (Chief Operating Officer) of the church.
Understandably, this has not gone down well with many Christians and founders of churches who have continued to demand to know the rights of the government to determine or dictate how they should run the church they have labored and toiled to build. They simply find it unthinkable to imagine that they can be thrown out of their own churches and replaced by an outsider on allegations of financial impropriety in the handling of the funds of their own church.
One man of God who is visibly livid and who has expressed in very strong terms his rejection of the very motive behind this law is the founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Ayodele Elijah. Many know him as one of the most outstanding and outspoken prophets of our time, while others simply refer to him as the numero uno (number one) when it comes to making prophecies in Nigeria. This renowned and widely respected man of God has not been able to conceal the anger he feels about this new law which has been described as ‘Satanic’ by many clergies. According to him, the bill is ‘dead or arrival.’ It cannot work, he says. Primate, who is known within the African Continent for his incredible prophecies that many African Presidents have benefitted from, believes strongly that the Law will not stand the test of time.
“Nobody can take the church I laboured to build away from me. I will fight that person will what I call. Divine Karma!” vows Primate Ayodele
In this interview with City People’s Senior Editor, WALE LAWAL, (08037209290) Primate Ayodele who recently published a book, a compendium of about 10,000 of his fulfilled prophecies, has vowed to fight any person or group of persons with the wrath of God should there be an attempt to interfere with the operations of his church. Not many have seen the man of God this enraged and worked up before. He is ready for war. He is ready for battle. And he is warning the government to think twice and retrace their steps before things get messy and they have on their hands a full-blown crisis.
Let us talk about CAMA, sir. People would like to hear from you, what do you think is the motive behind this move by the government which has been described by many as satanic agenda?
Thank you so much. God had spoken to me before now that the government of Nigeria will fight Christians so when the pandemic started and the government directed churches to shut down, people came to ask why and I said the government has plans to fight churches and this is just one of it. The truth is, the government had plans to Islamise Nigeria, that was one of the motives. But the fact is that Nigeria can never be Islamized. It’s not possible. That’s number one. Number two is that the so-called CAN or PFN that we have are too weak Too empty. But as for me, they cannot come and take over my church. I am not saying that CAN should take any step o, but I’m saying that it is not possible for them to come and take over INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church in Oke-Afa. Underline this, no government, no governor, can take over that church from me except God! My own church? It is not even my own church, it is God’s church and he has only made me his representative in his church. You now want to come and take control of the church because you want to have access to the church’s finances? It is not possible.
Let them go and CAMA the churches they give money to. Where were they when I was suffering to build the church? The church that I invested my sweat, my blood, my life? I will not tender my church’s bank account to anybody. The account is not for public consumption. It is only for members of my church and they are not members of my church. Nobody, I repeat, nobody can come and take over the running of the church from me. Let them come. I’m not afraid of anybody. I’m not afraid of any CAMA. I will now invoke what I know to be Karma on them. I will invoke upon them what is called divine Karma. I will use divine Karma to CAMA whoever is leading the team. I don’t care, let them come with their plans. I will show them that man pass man. Please say it the way I have said it, don’t alter a word, man pass man! There are pastors that the government can push around, they can’t push me around. That’s why I don’t belong to any association or group. I don’t belong to anybody. I don’t have a father in the Lord, I don’t belong to anybody and neither do I know anybody, but I know God. I will fight with my last blood with God almighty by my side. That bill will remain in their pocket, it is for churches and pastors they know they give money to. During the Covid-19 lockdown period, where were they when I was using my money to feed over 15, 000 people every day, providing food for them? I don’t know who that person is that brought up the idea but I hope they understand what they’re getting themselves into. Do they know what Karma means in Yoruba? It means ‘esan.’ That is exactly what they want to reap.
They don’t know that they’re already being captured by Karma. That is what Covid-19 is doing to them. They think this is a joke? Let them try it. If they want to kill me, I don’t care. CAMA is illegal. It’s satanic and its going to fight them so Buhari must hands off from it. Whether, they are senators or members of Reps, whatever it is they call themselves, CAMA will Karma them because this is what they will be paid back for all their satanic deeds. The bill is dead on arrival. They don’t know the interpretation of what they’re doing. Me, I’m not Adeboye, or Kumuyi, because they are the ones who benefit from the government, I don’t. All these people are merely career pastors, so they can’t talk. But I am not a career pastor. I am a prophet of the Most High.
In fact, I want to believe that CAMA is only for churches that are very rich. Churches that donated to government during Covid-19. I’m talking about churches like Redeemed Christian Church of God, Methodist, Anglican, Catholic churches, they are the ones the government wants to capture with CAMA. They believe those ones are the gentlemen of God. They describe them as soft-spoken men of God. I am not a gentleman. Neither am I soft-spoken. They are the ones that when they tell them to stand up, they are already on their feet. It’s not that we are saying we want to be disobeying the government at any given time. No. But there are some laws the government will make and we will not just oppose those laws but also confront the government face to face. Before now, I have never opposed the government. If they say sit, I would sit. If they say move, I will move. But this one, they have taken it way too far.
It’s just unfortunate that the association that should be protecting the churches is empty. CAN is just like the can of Coca-Cola, once you’ve finished the contents inside it, you throw it away because it’s useless, it’s empty. That is what the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, is to the church. They’re just noisemakers. The CAN President is always making a spectacle of himself. How can you go to Southern Kaduna, a place where thousands of Christians have died, and you start praising an individual? A place where we have witnessed genocide? You cannot say anything, instead, you are wining and dining with them. I will never join CAN, unless see some responsible and reliable individuals are joining them. I won’t even join them, I will only remain on the sidelines. That’s why I don’t see people like Bishop Oyedepo joining them. But if somebody like Bishop Oyedepo joins them, then I can also indirectly, one way or another, support them.
But frankly, I don’t even see that happening. The people there are short-sighted people. They don’t have a mind of their own. They don’t have a structure. You now say I should be part of them? I can’t. And they are not even asking me to join them either. With all I’m saying here, I’m not saying nobody should criticize me o, I am ready to be criticized. And whenever I am criticized, I thank God because it means my words and pronouncements are making impacts. If they’re not making any impact nobody will bother to criticize me. I will never fight my critics. Never. And I will never reply them. I will rather appreciate them. My critics have put me on my toes. They have made me think deeper. They have compelled me to become more dynamic than ever before.
If the government knows what’s good for them, they should forget about CAMA. It can shut their government and the whole of APC down for life. It can cause total confusion and destruction of APC. Buhari must not be part of it, he should just let it go. Me, I will not go to court. Court ke? To go and talk to who? I have a God that is above every court. I will now go and be begging who? Ordinary mortals in the hands of God? No, I will not do it. Do you know one of the reasons why they don’t respect pastors again? It’s because many pastors go to evil shrines to get power. I am not a Pastor, or Bishop or Reverend, a prophet is different from all of these and I am a prophet. I am not one of those men of God who joined the occult just so that I can have powers. I have never been to anywhere to seek for power. If I have gone anywhere before, let the person come out and say, no, you have come to my place. But in my own case, I have a powerful shrine that is above all shrines and I will go there and report this government to God. That why I think that this CAMA is nothing but a joke. But I trust President Buhari, he knows the implications because I know that God speaks to President Buhari too. He’s a father, he will not do it. I will not tender the account of the church before anybody o, let them do whatever they want to do. It will be a battle between humans and God and let’s see who will win.
For me, I’m waiting. Let them write me, I will reply. Are you the one that is maintaining the church and providing the cost of maintenance? Are you the one paying for Land Use to the government? You now want me to give account to you? I will not do it, even if they bring a Pastor. The only people who have the right to query my church’s account, the right to query me, are one, God, and two, the people that put down their money and say let’s do this one or that one for the church. And besides, I don’t even hold church money. I don’t collect tithe, I don’t collect salary. My own tithes go for charity. I take care of the old and aged, about 100 of them, every week. I provide food for them every week and give them little money. It’s not constituency money o, it’s my personal money. I pay salary o, you have not given me any form of financial support before, you now want to come and reap where you did not sow.
There are colleagues, politicians and public office holders who are looting the nation’s treasury blind, they have not gone to CAMA those ones, its churches they want to come after. Okay o. And they’re talking about fighting corruption. Maybe they are coming from this impression that some politicians use churches to launder stolen money, but they know how to trace such monies using the systems and devices at their disposal. Instead of doing that, they are now using a dead law, a law that is meaningless, to threaten churches. I service the vehicles of the church. We want to build now, we are still looking for money to execute the building project. I pay for the Land Use, for the land that I bought I still pay for the usage of it to the government, yet you say you want to come and take over? Sir, they are jokers. I don’t think they mean it. If they mean it, let them start with me. Me, I don’t have any Lawyer. I won’t waste my money calling any lawyer. If they want, let them come. I am not saying they should not bring CAMA into Law, let them go ahead and do it, but I guarantee you it will die a natural death. And it will destroy the APC government because Karma will return back to them one after the other and that will be the end of APC. Something that I labored and suffered to build? They are now saying that one BOT will take over from me? That BOT, on which seat will he sit down? That sit will turn to fire! See, out of the ten plagues that God used to fight the Egyptians, he has just used only one. Do you think it is over? Go and read your bible. It’s not yet over. We will call on God against such government and that government will no longer see the light of day.
I am waiting for them. I want them to start the process from my end. I have said it before, I am not a pastor, I’m a prophet. They want to make things difficult for themselves.
Many are surprised that many churches and Christians are not coming together to rise up against it…
Where are the Christians? Christians are not like Muslims. Muslims are very proactive when it comes to things like this. I don’t believe in protests, I believe in holy protests. Holy Protest is when something is fighting you and you can’t see what is fighting you. I can’t be carrying placards and be walking from here to Ikeja in protest march, I’m too old for that. Holy protest is better. The person will look for sleep but will not find it for two days, three days, four days, he can’t sleep because once he closes his eyes to sleep he will see somebody pursuing him. Of course, he will wake up. You will ask God, what have I done? Holy protest can make an entire house become razed down with fire with the person inside. Holy protest can make a plane to crash just because of one person, that is when they will know that this is not child’s play. It is not possible. Me, I am Babatunde Elijah, nobody can take my church away from me. They are joking. You that you don’t know anything about the spiritual, you want to come and rule the spiritual? It’s a dead dream. They are dreamers. Even now with the easing of the ban on churches, we have not started any service because the over 55 or 60 and above that have been exempted from coming to church because of Covid-19 are very instrumental to the church, that’s why I said let’s wait till they’re ready to lift the ban completely. And besides, I don’t like wearing the face mask, it’s not good for my health. It makes me uncomfortable. So, me, I’m ready, let them come, I’m waiting for them. I am always here. On Sundays, I am in my house because I don’t want to disobey the government. But every Monday I’m in my church at Oke-Afa, Ejigbo, Primate Ayodele Crescent, they can Google it and find the address. Every Monday to Saturday I am always there, let them come, I will be waiting for them.
OPEBI HELICOPTER CRASH: ANOTHER PROPHECY COME TRUE BY PRIMATE AYODELE
The shocking helicopter crash that occurred last week in Opebi, Lagos, in which all three passengers on board were killed, was indeed an unfortunate incident. Sadly, this sad incident had been fore-warned by Primate Ayodele Elijah. It was clearly stated in black and white in his yearly publication, Warnings To The Nations.
Other prophecies to watch out for from the renowned man of God are • Edo elections; without manipulations of any type, Godwin Obaseki will win • Oshiomhole will go into oblivion should Obaseki win the elections • Akeredolu will lose elections in Ondo State if he allows the very people he trusts to betray him and lead him into a ditch • FIFA will fight for Drogba and support him to become Cameroonian FA President • USA elections: Joe Biden has to concentrate on Wisconsin, Colorado, California, Philadelphia and Washington to win elections • If mailing voting is allowed, Trump will rig elections and win • Ghana elections: The only thing that will give John Mahama victory are two things, he should work on the upper North of Ghana and the Upper Volta region. If he gets these two regions, he will win.
