Barely a year after its establishment, the Valentine Unimuke Foundation—widely known as ValU Africa Foundation—is making remarkable strides in advancing Pan-African unity and driving sustainable development across the continent.

Founded by Amb. Dr. Unimuke Valentine, African Union Ambassador for Agenda 2063, the Pan-African, non-governmental, and non-profit organisation, is passionately aligned with the AU’s vision of “The Africa We Want.”

With a mission to empower, connect, and transform communities, ValU Africa Foundation spearheads initiatives in education, healthcare, youth empowerment, women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, climate action, and community resilience.

Its impact is anchored on four strategic pillars:

Promoting Pan-African unity by fostering collaboration among African nations and the diaspora.

Driving socio-economic growth through capacity building, skills training, and enterprise development.

Developing human capital, with a focus on empowering youth and women as change agents.

Implementing humanitarian projects to tackle poverty, hunger, and inequality.

Operating through country chapters across several African nations, the Foundation ensures its programmes reach grassroots communities while amplifying a unified continental voice.

“ValU Africa is more than an organisation; it is a movement of Africans for Africa,” Amb. Dr. Valentine affirmed. “Our goal is to make Africa’s development agenda a living reality in every community.”

In just 12 months, ValU Africa Foundation has emerged as a dynamic force for transformation—creating value, fostering unity, and inspiring change that resonates across the continent.
