by Reporter

Oyo State, Nigeria — January 12, 2026

The Ayo-Sanda Ladigbolu Foundation (TASLAF) today officially launched the Bench of Honour Project, a humanitarian initiative designed to strengthen community institutions by providing durable seating for security agencies, religious centres, and community bases across Oyo town.

The project aims to improve comfort, dignity, and working conditions for individuals and organisations that play critical roles in public safety, spiritual development, and community cohesion.

Speaking at the launch, the Convener of TASLAF described the initiative as a practical expression of respect and gratitude to those who serve the public.

“This is not just about providing benches. It is about recognising the people and institutions that hold our society together and affirming our shared responsibility to support them,” a TASLAF Convener said.

Phase One of the project commenced on January 12, 2026, with the foundation’s outreach teams visiting various offices and community centres across Oyo State to deliver the first sets of benches.

According to the foundation, the Bench of Honour Project reflects its long-standing commitment to community development, service to humanity, and sustainable social impact.

“When we value those who serve the public, the entire society becomes stronger,” the foundation noted.

The Ayo-Sanda Ladigbolu Foundation continues to pursue initiatives focused on empowerment, social development, and community resilience under its guiding motto:

TASLAF: Creating Hope. Resolving Challenges.

Members of the public are encouraged to follow the foundation’s activities and participate in its ongoing mission to build stronger communities, one project at a time.
