This is big news coming out from the palace of Oba Adedotun Gbadebo CFR., the Alake & paramount ruler of Egbaland. It is the news of the conferment of an Egba Traditional Chieftaincy title on Real Estate Guru, Otunba Saheed Adeyemi Lawal.
According to a letter dated 5th October 2020 he has been conferred with the title of Ekerin Bobagunwa Egba.
Over the years,he has been conferred with several chieftaincy titles,namely:Otunba Bobasua of Iperu, Bobagunwa of Ishaga Orile, ,Ochudo (The Peace Maker) of Umunike Udi Enugu state given by 13 communities, and the new one, the Ekerin Bobagunwa of Egba Land to be conferred by the Alake of Egba land.
He is also the Imole Adinni of Lagos state.
He is an accomplished real estate practitioner with several estates in Lagos. He is the CEO & Founder of Seagle Property Development company Ltd in Lagos.
