God has foresight and insight concerning all that would transpire between heaven and earth in this calendar year and beyond, and He desires that come up to a place in Him where we are no longer strangers to his will and intent that transcends time. By receiving timely and frequent declassified updates of His person (Heb. 1:2-3), we are meant to experience increased capacity to live in his sight (Col. 1:22/Heb. 13:21/1Jn. 3:22) than we have imagined i.e. perhaps live 70% – 99.9% differently than we have and thereby bring God pleasure until we attain unto His fullness (Eph. 3:17-19). This is the description of the man in Christ, the corporate Christ that finds grace to trade the genetic makeup of his soul for that of God until he fully learns God – like Jesus did!
God’s speed is much more superior to what man has studied and calls light. By His breathe of mind, a thousand years is like a day in his sight (Ps. 90:4/2Pet. 3:8). So as Jesus learnt and came into God’s fullness – God’s Love (Eph. 3:19), He acquired that same ability in his soul and had a permanent jurisdiction over ages to come in God (Eph. 2:7). In a good measure, Jesus once corporately unveiled the riches of His Grace to the early church but now wants to do so in a perfect measure – which would culminate in the unearthing of the experiences and prophesies of Rev. 12:7-11/14:1/3:12.
God wants to teach and entrust us (Jn. 6:45/1Thes. 4:9/Eph. 4:20-21) with what he succeeded in teaching and entrusting to Jesus – HIS DIVINE POWER (Rom. 1:16b/1Pet. 1:5/2:Pet. 1:3) and HIS DIVINE NATURE (Rom. 2:7b/2Pet. 1:4). God has only approved principle and technology for doing so – THE CROSS OF CHRIST. God has only one resource to do this – THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST (Gal. 1:12/Rev. 1:1-3/Rev. 22:6). God has only one audience upon whom he administered/administers this TECHNOLOGY and blessed with this RESOURCE (starting from Jesus) – SERVANTS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT – (Rom. 1:1b/Rev. 1:1-2)
So what God did through the obedience of our Lord Jesus was to make available to the true church, a curriculum of his genetics – an eternal honor not given to the academic world! This peculiar learning of the soul is designed to cause us to bear God’s traits, change the blood group our souls to that of Christ (divine life/power), and acquire Christ’s DNA so that we can grow, develop, function and reproduce life – like Christ Jesus did. With this nature in place, God can then entrust us with powers in heaven and earth (Matt. 28:18/Jn. 17:2)
Therefore no arm of medicine or earthly profession can accurately postulate concerning “the soul”, neither can they understand how it functions or functioned before and after the fall of man. They can intellectually explain it but fallen spirits (rebel holders in high places – Eph. 6:12) knows better than such. Faithful angels marvel and acknowledged after they sighted Christ (Ps. 8:4/1Tim. 3:16d/Heb. 1:6) that the soul of man remains the best mystery of God’s creation! God had found his first resting place in the soul of Jesus (Isa. 66:1-2/Matt. 11:27-29/Jn. 14:7). Angels know that the soul of man can only derive satisfaction (true rest) when all of God is put into it, so those who left God’s their first estate (i.e. God’s covering/authority – Jude 1:6) therefore resolved to keep men restless with legitimate pursuits (cares – Mk 4:19) and/or captivate his soul with divers’ lusts that will limit him from giving God his all (Mk 12:30).
Prophets of old (i.e. sons of men – Eph. 3:5) were only given the honor of prophesying concerning the soul and its salvation (1Pet. 1:9-10), and it later took disciples of truth (Isa. 8:16/Jn. 8:31-32) who through uninterrupted congealed learning, would receive of the whole counsel of God (Acts 20:31/Col. 1:28/Rom. 16:25).
So blessed is the day that God approves (Eph. 1:16-17/Gal. 1:16a) that a believer can begin the course of learning the souland thereby begins a lifelong adventure to know of his original self/essence that had to be hid in Christ (Col. 3:3). Blessed is that day when the eyes of his soul begins to gain back lost strength (judgments), when the soul begins to fight, his previous inheritance called darkness with light. Like Abraham, that is when and how he would be trained to hate what he previously loved (i.e. vanity/the world) and to love what he previously hated (i.e. reality/God), and the first series of successful exercises of his new eyes would gradually cause him to discern his three unknown enemies (flesh, the world and the wicked one) that previously lived within his soul in various measures (Jn. 1:13d).
God is saying to all souls, “YOU ARE MINE, AND I AM YOURS”! He is saying, “COME BACK SOUL TO YOU MAKER, COME BACK SOUL AND LEARN THE SPIRIT, COME BACK SOUL AND LEARN HIS WAYS, COME BACK SOUL, COME BACK SOUL, COME BACK SOUL!”
God has committed unto our generation, the knowledge that saves the soul (Lk. 1:77/Rom. 16:25-26/Eph. 3:4-6); the knowledge of the power of God which through Christ’s Faith leads to the salvation of our souls (1Pet. 1:5/9). This is what Paul called “the gospel of God”, “the gospel of Christ” and also “his gospel” (Rom. 1:1/16/2:16/16:25a). It is also meant to become “our gospel” as we yield to its daily demands, grow, develop, function and reproduce God’s life. THE GOSPEL OF CHRISTIMPLANTS THE VERY DNA THAT JESUS FETCHED FROM THE FATHER INTO MAN’S SOUL AND THEREBY MAKES IT A NEW CREATURE (2Cor. 5:17)!
New things (true enduring blessings) in this New Year and beyond, would require that our souls acquire new genetic make-up that would cause us to grow out of our estates of limitations called flesh, into Christ (Rom. 8:1/2Cor. 5:17). As our souls (hearts and minds) receives the revelation (laws) of Jesus Christ, it is endured with strength (Isa. 40:29-31) and would gradually come into the establishment of grace (1Pet. 1:13/Eph. 3:17/1Pet. 5:10/Col. 2:7/Heb. 13:9b).
This growth (Eph. 4:15) is meant to continue until our souls reaches and holds God (1Tim. 6:12/1Tim. 3:9/1Jn. 1:1)! Then can we boldly say that godliness has ceased to be a mystery (1Tim. 3:16), that we have been received into glory (God) because the revelations of God through Christ has become embodied in our very flesh – fulfilling that which was once typified by father Abraham (Rom. 4:1/Heb. 11:40). May this be our portion, in the days of our flesh, Amen!
