It was a moment of joy and celebration 2 weekends ago 16th December 2017, at Pelican Hotel, Chevy View Estate, Chevron Roundabout, Lekki, Lagos, as one of Nigeria’s fast-rising real estate companies, EUC Homes, celebrated its annual end of the year party in Lagos.
The event which was tagged “Christmas and Party Affiliate Awards” had a lot of dignitaries and celebrities in attendance.
EUC, which simply means Elegant, Unique and Comfortability (Homes), and this has been successfully replicated through its products and service delivery.
EUC is a Real Estate company that was floated 2 years ago by a young and visionary man, Mr. Uchenna Ben Odunzeh, who had spent many years in the USA.
Mr. Ben is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of this illustrious company. The company celebrated its 2nd year of existence few months back and recently, it has added so much to it’s products and services. The company last month signed ace actor and Lagos Lawmaker, Desmond Elliot, as Brand Ambassador and his presence has changed the face of the company.

One of the Highlights of the event (end of the year party) was when popular Nigerian artiste, Timi Dakolo serenaded families of EUC Homes. It is an understatement to say they all enjoyed themselves.
Another artiste who performed was Osinachi Crooner, Humble Smith; his performance got many on their toes, as people stood up to groove to his beats .
MEET MR. AND MRS ODUNZEH
Mr and Mrs. Odunzeh are the parents of the CEO of EUC Homes, Mr. Ben Odunzeh. The gracefully ageing parents are still very agile and looking radiant in their outfits. They both waited till the event came to a close.
CAR AND A PLOT OF LAND WERE WON
There were lots and lots of take away gifts to be won on the day but the highlight of the event was when Mr. Edward Igut won a plot of land and Mrs. Nnena Mboma was rewarded with 2009 Toyota Camry. Mrs. Nnena is the highest selling affiliate.
KC BROWN AND GOD PIDKIN DID WELL AS MC
Talk of good comedians in Nigeria today, KC Brown’s name will not be found wanting on the list. He got many ribs cracking on that night. God pikin also complemented him well, as they both did great to entertain EUC Homes family.
DESMOND ELLIOT AND MR. BEN UCHENNA DANCED
Shortly before the programme came to a close, the Chairman of EUC Homes, along with the winner of the Toyota Camry, the winner of a Plot of land, and the Brand Ambassador of EUC Homes, Desmond Elliot were invited on stage, as they all danced and danced. Also asked to join them on the dance floor was the mother of Mr. Ben, Mrs. Victoria Odunzeh.
