…dedicates award to fans
It was celebration galore at Watercress Hotel , Ikeja Lagos yesterday Sunday 30th July 2023 when Fuji Music icon and man of the moment, Alhaji Sulaimon Alao Adekunle aka @ks1malaika won Most Outstanding Entertainer of the Year at 2023 Emperor Awards.
The Ose Olorun exponent was really amazed with his crew storming the stage to receive his award.
Despite his busy schedules due to shows he had in Cairo, Egypt, he arrived Nigeria late in order to honour the award, @emperorawards in Lagos.
@ks1malaika who is still enjoying the euphoria of his new album, Password will be recalled unleashed his new single, Follow Me, I Follow You on music shelves and digital platforms days ago and as you are reading this piece they have started generating downloads and streaming online.
After receiving his award, he revealed that it is not easy to be at the apex of this game. He noted that he worked so hard to get to this level and he thanked God that hardworking is eventually paying off with lots of awards he has received since beginning of this year.
“Definitely, Emperor Award will be added to the laurels I have won this year. Ose Olorun, thank God Almighty who is making things easy for me. I dedicate this award to my fans in the diaspora who made my job easy by dancing to my music. I appreciate the organizers of this prestigious award. I will never disappoint my fans at large”, he said.
