The GCEO of Zylus Homes and Property, Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye stated that the CP is set to help the company accelerate the development of its ongoing projects while tackling housing deficit by helping more Nigerians have access to quality and affordable homes.
He also appreciated all the financial and legal partners, advisors and trustees for their efforts and professionalism in ensuring the approval of the commercial paper programme.

He earned himself a certificate in entrepreneurship from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK. Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye is a fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration. She holds a first degree in Business Administration and in her continuous quest for knowledge, she has acquired various certifications such as Certified International Strategic Management (CISM), Proficiency in Strategic Management (PISM), and Proficiency in Human Resources Management (PHRM).
She is an Alumna of Pan Atlantic University where she bagged a certificate in entrepreneurial management (CEM 51)
