Fola Ogunsola is a very stylish woman. She is pretty and forever smiling. She is a Chartered Accountant with a first degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, United Kingdom. The big news is that she has just been made the Yeyemeso of Esure, Ijebu Imusin by the Obelu of Eseme, Oba Olalekan Kasali. Fola Ogunsola (FCA) is the Managing Director of Finesse Consults Limited. Fola is a Fellow of the following professional bodies:
•Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute in 1996 with First Prize in Taxation (Akintola Williams Prize).

Fola is the Managing Director of Finesse Consults Limited, a management consulting she set up in 1993 to provide accounting support, tax, revenue generation, and financial advisory services for SMEs, corporate organizations, and state/ federal governments. She also sits on a few boards. She is a member of the following bodies:
• United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) • United Nations Women Empowerment (UNWEP) • Society of Women Accountants in Nigeria (SWAN) •Society of Women in Tax (SWIT) •Yoruba Education Trust Fund
Fola is a strong and committed social entrepreneur. She has set up the following projects to make an impact on people and society: •Fola Ogunsola Foundation (FOF) in 2010; to ameliorate graduate unemployability through self-development programmes that she anchors at Nigerian universities and other higher education institutions. The programmes include the Life After Campus (LAC), adopting brilliant indigent undergraduates, graduates finishing school, and retaining professionals for good practice.
•Believers in Sustainable Business (BSB) in 2017; to provide free Business Advisory and Financial Consulting services to SMEs and upcoming entrepreneurs both within and outside Nigeria. The goal is to assist business owners and managers run sustainable and profitable businesses and retaining employment.
•Capacity Enhancement Zone for Nations (CEZN) in 2019. A vocational project designed for upskilling and capacity building for women, youths, and communities to alleviate unemployment and poverty. Fola has presented papers on Budget and Taxation on invitations by the Federal Government.
She recently anchored capacity development and entrepreneurship training for the graduates of three states in Nigeria. Fola is a regular speaker at conferences and conventions. She is a passionate coach and a lover of youths, the elderly, and communities. Fola strongly advocates empowerment, quality education, value-driven service delivery, and Business Sustainability.
