Olujinmi, Oyinlola, Osibogun honoured as Knights of St. Christopher

Prominent legal luminary and former Attorney-General of the Federation, Chief Akin Olujinmi, alongside his wife Florence Olujinmi; former Governor of Osun State, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, with his wife Olufunmilayo Oyinlola; and respected businessman, Otunba Deji Osibogun, accompanied by his wife Adebola Osibogun, were among 18 distinguished personalities invested with the Knighthood of Saint Christopher.

 

 

The solemn yet colourful investiture ceremony took place on Sunday, 14 December 2025, at the Cathedral of Saint Peter, Aremo, within the Diocese of Ibadan North Ecclesiastical Province of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion).

 

The ceremony was presided over by the Diocesan Bishop, The Most Reverend Williams Aladekugbe, while the sermon was delivered by the Bishop of the Diocese of Ijebu, The Right Reverend Peter Oludipe. Assisting at the altar were two other bishops: The Right Reverend Babatunde Ogunbanwo, Bishop of Ijebu South West, and The Right Reverend Samuel Ifeyemi, Bishop of Osun North.

The investiture recognised men and women of proven faith, service, and commitment to the growth of the Church and society at large.
