A massive explosion has hit Festac, Lagos. The loud bang was heard few minutes past 9am on Sunday March 15, 2020
Residents say the explosion may be from some pipelines around the area.
Houses, including churches and other buildings, have suffered different degrees of damage. A correspondent’s house suffered shattered windows and a damaged roof while houses closer to the site of the explosion suffered more damage.
