The rapper and entrepreneur has decided to start a career in theater.
After making his acting debut 17 years ago alongside Denzel Washington in the movie, Training Day, Snoop will be making his theater debut in Redemption Of A Dogg — a play based on his life.
Written, produced and staged by Je’Caryous Johnson, the musical examines the internal battle one man has between preserving his life-long legacy and losing the love of his life.
Snoop Dogg’s gospel album, Bible of Love, will be the soundtrack of this play.
