… Unveils Terravilla Estate in Mowe
Monday, September 8, 2025, marked a new milestone in Nigeria’s booming real estate industry as celebrated Nollywood star, Dr. Jaiye Kuti, made a grand entry with the official launch of her company, Terrahives Property Limited, and its flagship project, Terravilla Estate, in Mowe, Ogun State.
The unveiling was nothing short of glamorous. Sitting on a massive 30-acre expanse of land, Terravilla Estate is strategically positioned in the heart of Mowe, under the Obafemi Owode Local Government area, and promises to redefine affordable luxury living.
Friends, colleagues, and well-wishers turned out in large numbers to celebrate the actress-turned-entrepreneur. Among the Nollywood stars who graced the occasion were Bimbo Oshin, Foluke Daramola, Doyin Kukoyi, and Dele Fagboyo. Media executive Leye Fabusoro (CEO, Rare Edge Media Limited), Mrs. Abewon Sambo, and Pastor Ademola Toyin of RCCG Province 18, Ogun State, also joined in the festivities.
In true symbolic fashion, a bulldozer roared to life on-site, clearing the grounds as Dr. Kuti began sealing deals with eager clients who made instant commitments and payments.
Speaking with City People correspondent, Jamiu Abubakar, Dr. Kuti revealed that her journey into real estate wasn’t sudden. “I have been actively involved in the industry for over 20 years, promoting real estate companies and leveraging my brand to market properties. With this wealth of experience, I felt the time was right to establish my own company and offer people affordable, secure, and genuine land,” she said.
To ensure buyers’ peace of mind, she emphasized that every plot comes with vital documentation, including a Registered Survey and Deed of Assignment, with processes already underway to secure the much-coveted Certificate of Occupancy (C of O).
Terravilla Estate is currently on an introductory sales offer at highly competitive prices such as ₦20 million for an acre, ₦3.5 million for 600sqm (1 plot) and ₦2 million for 300sqm (half plot)
