The Ile Youth Ogijo area of Ogun state, where The Generation C & S International is located, was agog on Saturday 11 November, 2023. It was an annual Ark of Covenant Thanksgiving mega-celebration of the church.
The colourful event was graced by top men of God from within and outside the state, as well as anointed gospel singers who spiced the moment with powerful ministrations.
The high point of the whole event was the arrival of the Ark of Covenant, as the congregation seized opportunity in tendering their supplications before God with faith, and hope to give testimony next year.
It has always been like that. Testimonies abound of those who have witnessed past editions of the program.
The general overseer of the church, Rev Mother Esther Adeojo, aka Ewa Jesu, in her welcome address, admonished christians to establish a strong bond between themselves and God rather than sending their requests through proxies.
“You must pray to God by yourselves and stop asking from Him through proxies,” said the prayer firebrand prophetess of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church.
After the spirit-filled thanksgiving, the church members as well as invited ministers of God were treated to a sumptuous meal.
Amongst those who graced the event were Snr Apostle E. Adeojo, Apostle Idowu Adekunle (Idamu Serafu), Prophet Ayo Omo Mose JP, Prophet Adeola Adesanya, Prophet Muyiwa, Prophet Dr Ayanfe Olu, Snr Suprt AP PRO Dr Gbemi Samson and Prophet Eri Ajidada, Prophet Olamilekan and others.
The guest artistes at the event were Tiwalola Shittu, Oludare Favor and Evangelist Adenike Irapada.
