The entrance is manned by top security personel who scrutinise your going and coming into the estate. The procedure although is not that different from the VGC and other top housing estates in Lagos. If you must gain access to the Richmond Estate as a visitor, you must be given a code by your host or the resident of the estate. This code will be tendered at the gate for you to gain access into the estate.
The two prominent showbiz stars who immediately caught our attention when we arrived estate are popular Hip hop star, Tuface and comedian, AY. These two guys have a street to their names. There is a street on the right side of the estate immediately after the gate with Innocent Tuface as caption while the AY’s reads same.
Apart from the two iconic stars, we also found out that Banky-W, Tiwa Savage, Dr Sid etc all live there.
Richmond is one of the most secured estate in Lagos: because the security is top notch in the estate. The estate also has CCTV in and outside the gate that provide and support the security architecture of the estate. What about the serene environment and noiseless surroundings? It is superb.
