One of her defining moments was when she was personally recommended by the highly regarded Abuja-based event company, Enchanted Events. “There was a time aunty Joy Ogie was going to have her grandmother’s funeral, she had a decorator in Abuja, Enchanted event. She actually wanted Enchanted event to come with her to Benin. But then they told her that there’s someone in Benin that can give her the kind of things that she can do.
“A client, Aunty Joy, had initially planned to bring in an event decorator from Abuja for a family event in Benin, but Enchanted Events assured her that Ruru World Events could deliver the same high standard of service. That endorsement not only validated my work but also solidified Ruru World Events’ reputation as a leading force in the industry.
“When she reached out to me, she told me it was from Enchanted event. I was so surprised because I wasn’t having a one-on-one with Enchanted event. We were looking at them like there were up there. I was very happy that she could recommend us.”
