Brittney Jones, 26, was arrested after she was allegedly seen performing oral sex on Jeremiah Isiah Robinson, 35, in a 34-second video clip posted on Twitter.
In the footage, the woman appears to be in the hallway of the fourth floor of the Duval County Courthouse.
The video was posted to Twitter on January 31 with the caption: ‘Had so much fun at court today. Found a way to get my charges dropped…. Ssssssh don’t tell.
The woman also wrote: ‘Just found a way to get out of trouble’ and ‘That damn tongue got me in trouble again lol.
Jones’ attorney, Jerry Sessions, claims she is not guilty and said the charge was ‘archaic.’
She appeared in court last Thursday and did not enter a plea on the sex charge, but entered not guilty on a contraband charge.

She was given a $10,000 bond on the sex charge but it’s unclear if she’s been bailed yet.
Robinson turned himself in last week and entered a not guilty plea on February 7. He is now on bail.
Authorities said the shocking incident occurred during working hours at the court and security cameras recorded the sex act.

Jones was at the court facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, smuggling contraband into jail and violation of probation.
The 26-year-old was arrested when police were called to her home in Jacksonville, Florida, to aid a bail bonds worker in serving a warrant for her arrest, according to the Florida Times-Union.
She was then taken to Duval County jail on Wednesday.
