This is big news, coming from the music industry. It is the news of the 1st Official single of Olaolu Allison,a very talented music act that is making waves right now. He is good at what he does. He is talented and very passionate about music.
A few days ago, he told Citypeople his success story and what to expect from him in the next few weeks.
We started by getting him to introduce himself and how he got into music.
“My name is Olaolu Allison, popularly known as Mudboy, and I’m creative, with music being my favourite medium of expression.”
“I got into music in the middle of high school when it became this cool thing to know how to rap. Eventually,I started going to the studios , then I got my own setup which changed everything because I could finally make music anytime I felt like.”
“I’m inspired by a wide range of people and experiment a lot. So my sound can be very fluid but you could say I make Afro-centric pop/rap.”
“I’m dropping my first official single on May 13th and it’s gonna be titled, Pull Up.
It’s a pop song that explores the idea of a toxic kind of love.”
“I’m planning on dropping an EP very soon after my single is released and I’m always working on new music so everyone will be seeing a lot more of me very soon.”
“For as long as I can remember music has been the easiest way for me to express myself so I’ve never really needed to be motivated by anything else I just enjoy the process.”
