Before her role at Ibom Air, Maida built an impressive career foundation across aviation and service management. At Med-view Airline Plc, she delivered premium hospitality services on over 600 international and long-haul flights, maintaining a 96% customer satisfaction rate and strengthening the airline’s safety culture with a flawless audit record. Similarly, at Discovery Airways, she conducted safety demonstrations and checks on over 400 flights, achieving a 92% passenger satisfaction score while maintaining a perfect safety record. These early achievements established her reputation as a disciplined, service-driven professional dedicated to operational safety, customer satisfaction, and organisational growth
Beyond her operational responsibilities, Maida spearheaded workflow optimisations that reduced service response times by 22%, improved efficiency in goods transportation, and introduced programs that enhanced service consistency by training and mentoring over 45 junior crew members.
These contributions not only strengthened Ibom Air’s service delivery but also ensured long-term sustainability and trust in its brand.
