City People is set to honour the big and young names in the Music Industry on Sunday 28th October at the Balmoral Event Centre Ikeja, Lagos.

The Balmoral Event Centre is set to be on lockdown as the gladiators in the entertainment industry shell be setting the stage on fire to celebrate one another, while deserving nominees and awardees will also be uniting and bonding with their fans.

Baddest DJ Timmy will be the DJ at the City People Music Award on Sunday 20th of October, Timmy is a Producer, Hypeman and a DJ who shuttles different Events in Lagos every weekend.

Over 20 Music Acts Set To THRILL

Oladipo Olabode popularly known as Oladips is an indigenous hip hop/rap artiste. He is best known for his indigenous rap skills and fluent wordplay. Ariyo Awodele better known as Arzeey who is an emerging force in the industry. The Oyo state born artist ventured into music at the age of 10 in a church where he played talking drum and he has been waxing stronger ever since.  Ojamomi Daniel better known as Ajura is signed to G-world wide in April and has released a single titled  “Enchanted” which has gained a lot of airplay on radio and TV stations around the country. Micheal Johnson also was known as Portah started singing at the age of 10 as a chorister in the church and the got into music officially the age of 15. His first official single “Money Crazy” gained a massive airplay in clubs and radio stations in Lagos.

T Classic is a fast-rising music act who recently dropped a song which features the DMW big act Mayokun titled. “Fall in Love” It has gained massive Airplay on Tv, radio station and club around the country. Ephraim Babbo is a songwriter/singer who is under Swerve Innercity Management and is signed to Obimzy records, the junior boy has bagged Headies nomination as  Rookie of the year. Shugar Boy whose real name is Umoren Akanimoh is the biggest name signed to G-Worldwide. He is a songwriter, Afro dancehall/reggae singer. He is best known for his three singles in an album Hola Hola, Kilamity and Legalizes. Then there is Lyta who recently got signed to Ybnl Records. He is best known for his latest song which he featured Olamide, this song has gained a lot of airplay crowd on radio stations and Tv stations in Lagos. Danny is one of the hottest music act in town right now who recently dropped a song titled “Ege” which gained massive airplay around the country. Barry Jhay is one of the fast-rising music act who is signed to cash nation he recently dropped a song titled “Aiyle’ which has gained massive airplay in the country. Perruzzi is one of  DMW big boys who recently did a song with the big names in the industry like Davido, 2face just to mention few. Even though he has not dropped an official single he is known everywhere around the country. Idahams is one of the fast-rising music act who is signed in Grafton records with Mr. 2kay, he is best known for the song he did with Mr. 2kay.

Mr Real is the Legbegbe crooner who has been in the industry for a while now but came to limelight after he dropped Legbegbe, which gained massive airplay around Africa. Taylor is one of the fast-rising females in the industry, she is a rapper/singer who represents the street and is best known for her music strength and stylish lifestyle, Beambo is signed to Jay nation, her single “Ye” gained massive airplay in clubs and radio station in the country.

Victor Emmanuel is the “Wetin We Gain” Crooner, this song is been played even in the lowest part of the country cause everyone tends to be able to communicate with the song both poor rich or middle-class victor is signed to Etins Records. Tobi has been anchoring event and doing his personal business despite the fact his from a very rich background, he never let his money stop him from hustling. Ivina Ivy recently became a graduate, she owns a hairline and has also signed a brand ambassador deal. Also, Cynthia better was known as is a Lawyer who kept her certificate aside to sign ambassador deals back to back after she left the house.
