Apparently disturbed by the continous malfunctioning of all digital banking platforms of First City Monument Bank (FCMB), its customers have come angrily on the bank. At the moment, the bank is faced with a monumental disaster as system breakdown has entered its fifth consecutive days.
Most customers’ complaints were that funds either tranfered from FCMB or to FCMB in the last four days are yet to be remitted to beneficiaries.
Some customers that took to Twitter described the bank as a glorified microfinance financial institution in which most of it’s employees even detest to bank with. A Twitter user Gbeke II with @iamtunde_ writes ‘Na u get fault, even FCMB workers no dey use FCMB
