I stared at him for a short spell ike I didn’t understand a word he was saying. “Your dress, my dear, you need to take it off,” his voice jolted me to reality. And, with hands that trembled slightly, I began to unbuckle my belt.
“You seem nervous, dear, are you okay?” he asked me, gazing intently at me. His gaze, as he watched me undress, unsettled me. Having a total stranger stand and watch me as I go naked before him was not the kind of feeling I had gotten used to, even though I had been violated a few times by men that I thought were decent and responsible.
“You have never undressed before a doctor before?” he asked me, a smile on his face that I figured was meant to reassure me everything was going to be fine.
”No, not really, doc…doctor…” I answered, looking away from him.
“No, wonder. I can understand your uneasiness then, but don’t worry, we’ll be done in just a few moments,” he assured me in a voice that seemed to have steadied my nerves a little bit.
“Or is there something else that’s bugging you?” he asked. He was trying to calm down my failing nerves. I was out of my trousers and panties now, completely naked before him. It felt so awkward. I have never felt so ashamed of myself like that before.
“No, I’m okay, am just a little scared, that’s all,” I said to him, trying to cover my private with my left hand.
“It’s alright, it is normal to feel a little scared under this kind of circumstance. So, how would you like to have the evacuation done?” he asked me. I was confused. Had no idea what he meant.
“What I mean is, would you like me to do the D&C while I give you an anaesthesia injection so you can stay wide awake all through or you would prefer we inject you to sleep for just 30 minutes while we quickly do what we need to do?”
I thought about it for a few seconds and then asked: “What is Anaesthesia?”
“It is a kind of drug that will make you not to feel any pain while the evacuation is going on. Or, you can choose to stay asleep as we perform the D&C, which would you prefer?”
I didn’t have to think too hard about it. I reckoned that even if I wasn’t going to feel the pain, the very thought of watching the doctor stick his hand in and out of my pussy just completely unsettled me.
“Please, put me to sleep,” I responded without giving it a second thought.
The last thing I remember was the doctor injecting me. Moments after, the images before me started to blur. It was as though the entire room was spinning inside my head. Faces of the doctor and the nurse with began to fade away before my eyes. They were saying something, like they were talking to me, but I could scarcely hear them. And then, finally, slowly, my eyes slammed shut and I dozed off…
By the time I woke up, I had been fully dressed. I tried to get up as I opened my eyes, but I felt a sharp pain right inside my tummy. It was as though a whole lot of stuff had been yanked off from inside me and my entire tummy was on fire. I didn’t have the strength to sit up immediately, I had to lay back gently on the bed. I looked around and realized I was the only one inside the room. I could barely feel my legs, it was as though they had gone numb or something. And my private appeared swollen and it hurt like hell. I slowly reached down and felt it. There was a lump of cotton wool there and it felt slightly soaked with blood. A part of me was greatly relieved to see that finally, I had gotten out of me that thing that was bringing me shame. Finally, the nightmare was over!
Just then, the door opened. It was the nurse who accompanied the doctor operate on me. She promptly raced towards me. “You are awake,” she smiled like one who was genuinely glad to see me awake. “How are you feeling?” she asked.
I nodded. “Okay, but feeling pains inside me. Hurts me badly, wondering how I will get home in this state without anyone noticing something is wrong with me.”
“Okay, just hold on, let me inform the doctor you’re awake, he will do something about the pains you’re feeling,” and she disappeared before I could stop her to ask if I could get something to eat or drink. I was feeling terribly famished but not sure if I would be able to eat much considering the discomfort I was feeling inside. Soon, she reappeared with the doctor in tow.
“Wow! See who’s awake already! That was fast,” the doctor said as he closed the door behind him. “You must have a very stubborn system, you should still be sleeping by now. So, how are you feeling right now? Anything important you feel you should let me know?”
I tried again to sit up, still not able to muster enough strength to do so. But this time, the doctor supported me and helped me sit up.
“Thank you,” I said to him. “I’m feeling serious pain in my private part, in my tummy…don’t know how I will walk home in this condition without arousing suspicion.”
The man smiled. “Don’t you worry, it is to be expected. The pain will come but it will subside soon. Within the next two hours you will be fine and ready to go home. But right now, you have to rest.”
He examined me briefly and appeared satisfied with what he’d seen. “You will be fine,” he said with a reassuring smile on his face. “Oh, by the way, someone has been waiting patiently outside for you to be awake, can he come and see you now?”
“Someone waiting to see me? Who?” I asked. My head was heavy. I couldn’t think clearly.
“Fred, of course, who else did you think would be here waiting to see you?”
“Oh, yes, of course, sorry, I still can’t think clearly yet,” I told him. “Yes, he can come.”
There were two chairs by the door, the doctor led me to one of them. “You sit here, he will join you soon. He has been worried about you<“ the doctor said as he made me comfortable on the chair before leaving the room. Less than a minute after, Uncle Fred stepped inside….
