Let me restate here that one of our primary goals is to ensure that every citizen has access to basic amenities such as clean water, quality education, and healthcare services. We cannot rest until every child in our constituency has the opportunity to receive a quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances. Healthcare should not
be a luxury reserved for the privileged few but a fundamental right for all.
Furthermore, we must address the pressing issue of unemployment and youth empowerment. Our young people are the future of our nation, and it is our duty to provide them with the necessary tools and opportunities to thrive. Through skills acquisition programs and job creation initiatives, we can unlock the potential of our youth and pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.
I also pledge to continue advocating for policies that promote economic growth and development in our constituency. By attracting investments, fostering entrepreneurship, and supporting local businesses, we can stimulate our economy and create sustainable livelihoods for our people.
However, none of these goals can be achieved without your active participation and engagement. I urge each and every one of you to continue voicing your concerns, holding me accountable, and actively participating in the democratic process. Together, we can build a future that we can all be proud of.
Let extend my profound gratitude to the Management and Board of Yiaga Africa which, through the Yiaga Africa Centre for Legislative Engagement, with the support of the European union, for supporting this engagement today. The organisations interest in the advancement of legislative governance is quite commendable. I also appreciate the Hon. Speaker of the House of Representatives and my Hon. Colleagues for their unwavering support in our legislative journey. My appreciation also goes to the leaders of our great party for their support.
In closing, let us remain steadfast in our commitment to progress, unity, and prosperity. With determination and perseverance, there is no challenge that we cannot overcome. Thank you for your unwavering support, and may God bless Kosofe Federal Conctituency, Lagos State and our beloved nation, Nigeria.
Long live Kosofe Federal Constituency! Long Live Lagos State! Long live Nigeria!
Thank you.
