This pretty mother of 3 made head turned 360 degree few days ago as she bagged City People Life Achievement Award walking hand in hand with her darling husband, Engineer John Oladipo Ayodele, Quincy Ayodele.

It was not just her Gold dress that caught our attention, it was her flawless skin with no wrinkles.

City People Assistant Society Editor, ABIOLA ORISILE had an exclusive interview with her where she spoke about what to eat, what to drop, what to do to look 30 at 60. It an interesting interview where she gave many health tips that make women age gracefully.

You look beautiful, how many minutes does it take you to look this good?

It hasn’t take me long to look this good. I have a make up artist who handle my make up.

You don’t look 60, what is the secret?

I am 60 years old. I thank God because I get lots of complement from people saying I look ageless. I return the glory to God.

What are the basic things to do to look ageless?

It is a two way think. One is the attitude to Life, be positive, be happy and enjoy yourself. Don’t hold grudges. Take life as it comes and you will see that you will look ageless.

You just mention life style too?

Yes, life style also determine how ageless you will look. Take lots of water eat lots of vegetables.

Either cooked, or raw, water is so essential. You must take plenty of water. Don’t take carbohydrate I mean direct carbohydrate. I can’t remember the last time I take carbohydrate, meat or fish. No meat, no fish.

Don’t crave for it. It does more damage than good.

I don’t eat Animals at all I don’t joke with my vegetables at all. I take salad, Efo Riro.

What do you eat when you crave for meat or fish?

I don’t crave for meat or fish. I haven’t taken them for many years. It’s been over many years. I don’t even crave for Rice. I take Asha. I do Swallow with my Efo Riro and Asha poundo. Asha is Hausa food and I eat the Asha poundo.

At what age should any women stop eating meat, fish, and carbohydrate?

Well for me, I stopped eating fish, meat, and carbohydrate from age 30.

What do you do to your skin, you don’t have stretch mark?

Well, I have never had stretch marks. Once you eat health, you won’t have stretch mark, you won’t have obesity. Once you eat healthy, you won’t have obesity, you won’t have cholesterol, no rheumatism.

I thank God I realized this early. Whoever want to look ageless should avoid fish and meat from age 30. And please a sold fish you can.

We expected a big 60th birthday but you decoded to hold your 60th in Dubai, what is the reasons behind this?

Well I wanted a moment with my family and few friends. I didn’t want the usual. Owambe but some people are planning a 60th birthday for me. If they want it that way, I will have another one.

What can you not be caught wearing at 60?

I can’t expose my body but I wear everything. I still wear my jeans but I don’t expose my body. I am not use to it as it is not my style.

You love jewellery, how did it started?

I have being a lover of jewellery right from time. I don’t joke with good jewellery and perfume. I collect perfumes and my daughters also do but they don’t love jewellery the way I do.

You are one of few Nigerians with their product on Amazon, how do you feel about this?

I thank God. I have been on Amazon for over 5 years and we have many product now on Amazon. Kudos to my daughters.

We have over 11 of our product on Amazon and we are introducing more.

What has brought you this far?

Its is God, hardwork, commitment and focus.

You are one of the celebrity who have being married for over 30 years and still counting, what has sustained your marriage?

The main secret of any successful marriage is submissiveness. You must be submissive. I am submissive to him and he loves him.

What has brought you this far at 60?

Its God and having a wonderful family.

How fulfilled are you?

Very fufilled but I want more.

What your favourites colour?

My colour is Gold. I love Gold.
