Lions Club International District 404A3 under its pioneer District Governor, Lion Shakiru Adeniyi Balogun has begun on a bright note. The district which was recently carved out from its parent body, District 404A1 got its leadership on board on July 1st, 2023 since it was carved out from its parent body District 404A1 with several laudable impactful activities in the administrative year.
This time around it is holding a 2-in-1 ceremony in Lagos; FundRaising and a Public Presentation of Lion Shakiru Adeniyi Balogun as the District Governor of the prestigious club for the 2023-2024 Lions year.
The ceremony will be held on Saturday 9th September 2023 at the Musical Village, Oke Ota-Ona area of Ikorodu, Lagos. It creates for the public to meet the new District Governor and get to raise a reasonable amount of funds to pursue the course of the club whose jurisdiction covers part of Lagos state and part of Ogun state.
Recall that Lion Shakiru Adeniyi Balogun, MJF NLCF was unveiled as the Pioneer District Governor of Lions Clubs International, District 404A3 Nigeria at the recently concluded 16th Multiple District Convention of MD 404 Nigeria held at International Conference Centre, FCT Abuja, Nigeria between the 9th and 12th May 2023.
The unveiling came after the conduction of the District elections where Lion Shakiru Adeniyi Balogun who was overwhelmingly voted for emerged as the Pioneer District Governor of the newly formed district in Nigeria. He was unveiled to the Public at the Banquet held at the International Conference Centre by the Multiple District Council Chairperson, PDG Princess Obo Mesembe Edet PMJF, NLCF.
Joining him on board are Lion Folasade Shotomide who was elected as the First Vice District Governor and Lion Mary Onu, elected as the Second Vice District Governor.
Since he assumed office as the District Government on July 1st, 2023, Lion Balogun has been working assiduously with his team executives to make a landmark achievement as well as grow the new district to an enviable height.
