London Big Babe Olubukola Ladapo- Molade is one of the 5 children of the deceased and she described the death of her father as a tough one. “It’s really hard doing this at this time. I wish I was doing it for your 90th birthday. Dad, as I fondly call you, your departure is really hard on me. I can’t refer to you in the past. Baba mi Omo Ajisuwon. The world’s best dad. I can’t believe you are gone and I don’t think I will ever come to terms with the fact that I won’t see you anymore. I cherish our last minutes together. You loved us till your last breath. Baba mi Omoola, slow to anger, never a dull moment with you. You were full of humour and generous to a fault. Your generosity paved way for us all your children everywhere we went. The mere mention of your name got us everything. I remember my days in UNIJOS. You worked in Jos years before I went to school there and everyone who knew I was your daughter treated me like theirs. My friends cherished the relationship you had with us. We could tell you everything and anything. Baba mi oniwa tutu bi adaba. You don’t quarrel or get angry. Always at peace with everyone. A perfect gentleman. My father the neat and perfect dresser. I got my fashion sense from you. A hardworking man. You taught us your children to be hardworking. A very honest and God-fearing man. You loved God and served Him with all you had. I thank God for the path you led us through. My consolation is that you are resting in the bosom of the almighty God, and I’ll see you again. Baba mi Ajitoni oko oyebisi, Baba Bimbola, Bukola, Ayodele, Olatunde and Oluyomi.
